Nice hotel and convenient location in downtown. Lots of food places around the hotel. Only thing was we can hear the frogs croaking at night from our hotel room.

Great property with affordable prices and easy to get to all the main sights of Chiangmai. Staff were super friendly and the pool was great! Nice and clean with them refreshing the room daily. Only notes were you could tell things were a little worn but overall in great condition, especially for the price.

The staff are always cleaning. They accommodated my need for a walk-in shower. Gave us a lovely room. I fell at the hotel and they were so helpful and caring. All the staff are friendly and kind.

Property is conveniently located inside the Old City walls. Room was large and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only hiccup was parking - they only have 2 spots and they were being repaired - you can park in front of hotel but need to move car every day at midnight to the other side of the street.

The staff was very nice and helped me out when I forgot my key in my room. It’s a great location and very walkable to the Old City spots. But with that in mind, I think they slightly cater to the backpacker variety which is also reflected in some of the cleanliness. I could see the bottom of the bed was a bit scuffed and while there’s a ton of space, I’m a bit of a neat freak and probably wouldn’t have wanted to stay more than a night or two.

The room was sparkly clean, with great AC and a TV with Netflix, perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring around the city. We did not use the pool, but it looked beautiful and inviting. Check-in was effortless, and they held our luggage in reception as we arrived early.
