The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly welcoming and very helpful. We had a meal in the restaurant one evening which was good and again the staff were accommodating and made it a pleasant experience. The staff made it a pleasure to stay there with their customer service

We stayed on the 18th Oct 2024 well what can i say the staff are amazing so friendly and welcoming especially the barman who unfortunately we didn't get his name but he looked after us both that night for drinks and dinner and hes so knowledgeable for the area . Food was great and well presented. Room was big and spacious unfortunately the bed was to hard they could do with having a mix of soft to hard mattresses so customers do have a choice, although the room was lovely and quite as we faced the road there's no way to get airflow in the room so we tried the fan in the ceiling but it didn't work so it was a little warm . But it was a great stay hotel is perfectly situated lots going on around the area perfect for Leeds and York with cheap train tickets going both ways we used it to Leeds £10 return for two whats not to like . I was supper impressed at check in, even given directions to a local petrol station, food and drinks in the bar were spot on for me, the room was very good including underfloor heating in the bathroom, nice early breakfast allowed me to get on the road just after 7am, only slight negative was the EV charger is not working, I would still give a 10 out of 10 overall would have been a 12 if I could have got a charge👍

The room, whilst spacious and clean, was beige and unappealing. My view was of a rubbish tip with corrugated metal containers dotted around. The walls were not particularly thick so everything could be heard. The "restaurant" (I use the word loosely) was awful. The choice was extremely limited,with no healthy options that I could see. I ordered the chicken burger with salad which was basically a few lettuce leaves and a quartered tomato. No dressing at all. No condiments except for ketchup and brown sauce. Breakfast was slightly better in that they cooked it to order which was nice. The poached eggs were perfect but they got the toast wrong and the bread and calibre of ingredients was poor. Considering this was not a budget hotel, a BW Plus, I expected everything to be better than what was there. I would never stay again.

The outside of the hotel looks very rundown, with weeds and rubbish in the flower beds and car park. The inside was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It is a good facility for a short stay. You should have your own transportation.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, while checking out we spoke to two staff members, they were incredibly sweet and friendly - you could tell they genuinely care about you having the best stay possible. The facilities could use some updates but everything is clean and comfortable.

Was disappointing - when i got there no restaurant i had been driving all day. The AC did not work and was a warm day and you can not open the window either - so a very poor night sleep, and TV would not change channel. apart from that ok - Staff behind the desk not interested. Thanks BW.

Basic hotel. Stayed Monday night as it was close to where I needed to be the following day. the restaurant was closed but staff vet helpful in sorting out a table for us to have a takeaway. The staff definitely the best asset to this hotel! The room was ok, bed VERY uncomfortable, shower a bit pathetic. Breakfast very average. Overall, zero motivations to return.

The staff were friendly,breakfast was very enjoyable. Due to the hotel not being able to provide evening meals we were advised where we could find somewhere to eat I could not fault the hotel or the staff.
