This was a fabulous place to stay as a tourist in San Francisco. We walked everywhere and the one bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable.

Great stay near restaurants, union square appointments, and other needs. Shout-out to the staff and Joseph (if I recall his name correctly) for his regular assistance at the front desk. I did also listen to a timeshare presentation (never received a gift card.in email) and have a follow up question.

Room was spacious and clean, new furniture! Very nice lobby. Parked at California parking which was right across the street. I would stay here again.

San Francisco is officially out favorite city.. we came to that conclusion after our stay here at Club Wyndham Canterbury.. great hospitality, comfortable atmosphere..love this city

I gave an overall 3 stars for average. It was not bad for the price, but I would have been disappointed if I paid the full price (Google Maps showed $600+ when I checked in). The couch was not comfortable and I could not get the Chromecast to work. My room was near the side of the building where there are AC units so it was noisy and I had to wear earplugs to sleep. I mainly chose this place because of the fridge and microwave so having that was nice (as well as plates/cups/bowls). All the workers were very friendly but beware the concierge trying to get you to attend a time share presentation.
This is on the edge of the Tenderloin district which is unfortunately a very rough area of the city, so you will to very cautious avoid walking in that direction. Look down when you're walking too, because there will likely be poo.
If you are walking from the Bart station, be prepared to walk uphill.

The lobby is luxurious and the hotel has a nice workout room right there on the first floor. I love the fact that the hotel is secure and you need to use your room key to get in the front door. Free coffee in the morning was very good, I went downstairs and bought some microwave Popcorn, watched a great movie on a rainy day through casting Amazon prime to the big tv screen in my living room. The place is a quiet retreat after a long day of sightseeing and walking. Highly recommended.

Great hotel located downtown close to restaurants, activities et transportation. The staff was amazing! From the front desk at late arrival till the check out every staff member we have crossed or ask for recommandation was smiling and look happy to talk to us.

We didn't enjoy the hard sell for a time share presentation . The stay was great except for that bit. Very comfortable bed, nice greeting on our return etc.

A great choice for a stay in the centre of San Francisco. The location is ideal, within convenient distance of all the best bits of the city. We felt safe walking in the streets around the hotel. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional, and the hotel is spotlessly clean. The spacious suite had everything we needed. Only criticism is that the kitchen cupboards showed some signs of wear, but this is no big deal.
We were asked to attend a timeshare presentation, but they let us go after 20 minutes when it became clear we were unlikely to buy. In return we got some breakfast snacks and coffee and a voucher for a free hotel stay. All in all I was very happy with our stay.
