Great location right on the beach with all amenities within walking distance. Very close to convention centre also.
Lack of blockout curtains meant we slept quite poorly and some of the dishes were not well cleaned when we arrived but these were our only issues.

The carpark is ridiculous.
The view is really the only thing i can say was outstanding with this property. For the money we paid i had expected more

Room clean and tidy. View from room amazing. 3 day weekend from Brisbane. Parked car in secure carpark and did not need until we left. everything we needed in walking distance. Plus the weather was perfect!

While the accommodation boasted a stunning view, the room itself was deeply disappointing. The bed was terrible, with an old, uncomfortable mattress that made sleeping difficult. The bathroom had an unpleasant odour, and the decor was tacky, featuring cheap furniture, five plastic plants, and an excessive number of seashell bowls. The crockery was mismatched, adding to the overall disarray. The lighting was harsh and inadequate, with only one bedside table available. Additionally, the air conditioning was unadjustable, making the room's temperature uncomfortable.
On a positive note, the staff were wonderful and extremely helpful, providing excellent service despite the many shortcomings of the room.

The car park difficult and took a lot of time, 2 lifts, heading up several floors.
Had to park out the front then move the car. No concierge.
One bedroom didn’t even have a blind ! Considering we booked a beach front suite it was very disappointing. You also could not open the windows.
The balcony was at the side in the shade overlooking a construction site. Very noisy.
The building is in a great location but we arrived and were very disappointed.

Carpark was a challenge and the dual lift system just poor design.
Lots of dust buil up inside the apartment and dirty floor tiles in the bathroom.
Apartment was well appointed and views spectacular.
Staff were fantastic and friendly, in particular the young male cleaner who opened doors for people etc..

Great location, right across from the beach, above the Oasis shopping centre. Room was spacious, views of the ocean all day long. Quiet in the evenings, comfy bed, good shower pressure all you need really!

Unfortunately the first 3 bedroom apartment we were put into was very tired and rundown. There was black mould on 2 of the airconditioning vents in the lounge.
There was a lack of lighting throughout and the light switches were put in a tricky place which made it them to hard to access for kitchen and bathrooms. Paint chipping off and marks on the majority of the walls. The 2 single beds were also very hard.
After complaining about our room we had to wait until the next day for something to be done about it which ended up being swapping rooms to a higher floor with an extra room (giving us 4 bedrooms) this apartment was a lot nicer (only downfall was the air conditioning didn’t work which we were told about prior to moving). Also parking is very annoying due to how far you have to drive up in the carpark.
Would we stay again? No.
Would we recommend it to others? No
The only saving grace about our stay was the lovely girl on the front desk who made the changes etc for us easy and her communication was top notch.

The best view on the Gold Coast! We stayed in an ocean view room on level 9. Best view of the beach and convenient location to walk to Pacific Fair and exquisite dining options.
