Family Friendly, Beautiful and just renovated 4 bedroom, 2 baths with washer and dryer on premises. Relax in a peaceful specious back yard , BBQ area Smart TVs WIFI and more , just walking distance to Dania beach casino and 4 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of fort Lauderdale and Dania beaches, 10 minutes from Hard Rock casino 5 min to shopping center, great location!! Very safe quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful. I enjoyed every moment I had the opportunity to spend with my family for this past weekend. Can not wait to do it again. We cooked, we laughed, we cried, we ate, we drank. The home was big enough and sufficient for the different personalities. Showers were good. My husband REALLY like the quality of the Master's Mattress. I didn't get the opportunity to utilize the W/D, can't comment on that, perhaps next time I can. The one thing that my sister's discussed was that the bedrooms didn't have a TV in them, and one wanted a long body mirror, instead of sideways. The home was spotless, but cozy. Communication with Ms. Jane was rocky at first--- because I have been scammed before. But once we communicated, I was SO grateful and relieved. Dania was my home for 10years before I graduated high school and went to college, so to have that ability to meet up with old friends and family from the neighborhood, was a great experience.
Thank you Ms. Jane. Can't wait to stay again!!!

We had someone pick us up at the airport & the location was easy. Casino was right outside the house & downtown a 10 minute walk!

It would have a5 Star rating basic cable access. The backyard area was a real plus for us and Jane was very accommodating. Great neighborhood! We would stay again.

We enjoyed the house size, amenities. Great location: very close to Dania beach

We loved this property. It is located in a great area with tons to do at walking distance. Jane was on top of everything and made sure we felt like we were at home. Will definitely be staying here again.
