Isle View is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment situated in the Harbour Reach development benefiting from a large corner balcony and harbour views! Overlooking Hamworthy beach and park, and 10 minutes walk to Poole Quay and the town with all its facilities.
Lift access to the first floor. Open plan Lounge / Dining area leading to a large corner balcony with sea views. Comprehensively equipped throughout. Fully fitted kitchen. Master Bedroom (5ft kingsize double) with ensuite (walk-in shower, sink and toilet). Second bedroom with twin beds (2x 3ft beds). Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet).
Parking - Two reserved parking space in the development`s own gated parking area under the apartments. (max height 2.1m / 6ft 8ins)
Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryer.
Technology - 65" Smart Television in the living room with Sky including Sky sports. Alexa sound system. WIFI.
Kitchen - Slimline dishwasher, Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Fridge / Freezer, Microwave and Washing Machine.
Restrictions - No smoking. No Pets.
Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
PLEASE NOTE – Façade works are currently being undertaken in this development and scaffolding is being erected with netting covering the block, which will obscure views. The works will be carried out between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. We are offering price reductions of 15% on guest stays during the time the apartment is scheduled to be impacted and the figures quoted reflect this discount. The works on the development are underway and scheduled to run until the end of October 2025. Please contact us should you require an update on the programme.
