Hotel is great for stays before and after flights. Staff are wonderful. Friendly and helpful.

This was a room for an employee on an early flight to Texas. Room was nice. Great Prices, Ride to Airport was a Plus.

It was dirty and the room smelled like smoke there was even a burnt hole in the sheet. I didn’t feel very safe on this property will never stay there again.

The receptionist was very friendly and did what he could to correct my reservation from smoking back to non smoking. However, standing alone in a cold lobby waiting for things to be corrected before I could check in,was an unpleasant experience. The entire place was stark and could use a welcoming,friendly, or cheery look. Signs in 2 spots, one typed the other hand written on a white board in colors,at reception angrily spoke of not accepting locals as customers as of 3/2022. This indicated to me that this was a questionable place and I probably should not have stayed where possible drug issues or prostitution occurs often enough that they have two signs. I was not alone and had my husband and grandchild with me, I can not imagine what they thought.

Obviously the hotel was in disrepair and needed lots of love. The bathroom was a little rundown But the shower was good. The bedspread had a torn spot and the hallway didn’t smell good. But it served our purpose of the only hotel with an airport shuttle at 12 AM.

Great value. Kind staff. Older property that needs some TLC. The fridge and microwave in my room were old and rusty. They screams “write a bad review”. Not sure why they don’t just remove them and update the amenities?

Very out dated and dirty and the people running the place seem very shady. The microwave had fungus growing in it had to clean it my self. Everything seem very old and used over and over for years. My advice spend the extra $ and go eles where.

Older property but owners and staff were very friendly. Very Convenient to Roanoke airport. The Inn also offers airport parking for a reduced fee. We used their parking offer and when we returned from our trip and called them, they came right over. Would stay there and use their parking again.

When I arrived I was informed I needed to make a separate security deposit of $50. This is not a common practice. The desk clerk was kind enough to make a room inspection with me, we found many damaged areas, missing smoke detector and soiled furniture. I took photos of all existing damage in the room. The room had a very unpleasant odor. It was quite noisy from outside and in hallway. I was told by the morning desk clerk that he would return my security deposit but as of this writing I was not refunded the deposit. I believe this security deposit rule should be clearly stated before making an online reservation through Hotels.com.

This hotel is in need of updating in every way. The mattress was very uncomfortable and the entire room was in need of just routine maintenance and repairs. The bathroom door was splitting apart, etc. I would not recommend this hotel.

So bad we left an hour into our stay! When you arrive note the grass growing thru the asphalt in the parking lot. This should be your first observation that this place is not taken care of in any manner. Inside the entire hotel, is fowl odors of stagnant piss, smoke, mildew, and something else not pleasant. Our room: oh Lord!!! Our room was so nasty flithy we left. Hairs all in the bathroom, and a shoe print not from our shoes. There was a toenail clipping on the carpet in between the 2 beds, indicates it had not been properly vacuumed. My bed was wet, not a small spot but half of the edge of the bed. There was also tiny debris in my sheets, like dirt..? The edge of my boxsprings look like a murder had previously taken place. And the beds and chair themselves were worn out. It was so nasty it made your skin crawl. The ONLY good thing i can say about this visit was the front desk oerson was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Both rooms were filthy. Beds had bed bugs and rooms had fleas Checked out after the first night and went to a different hotel
