This modern four bedroom home is the perfect home away from home and feels welcoming from the entryway and throughout. The house sleeps up to seven people. One bedroom is located on the ground floor with two single beds, the large windows give a light and airy feel to the space. All other bedrooms are located on the second floor, the first bedroom has a large super king bed,the second a double bed and the third a single bed all of which are spacious with storage for personal belongings. There is one bathroom and two WC’s spread across the floors. On the ground floor there is a WC. The second floor provides a second WC and a small family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.
The open plan kitchen-living area makes an ideal entertainment space. Although this space is open plan, the soft furnishing and fire make the perfect setting for enjoying your favourite shows and streaming platforms on the smart TV. The breakfast bar provides space to dine and socialise whilst adding to the modern feel. The sleek kitchen is well equipped with utensils, crockery, a kettle, toaster, microwave and basic pantry items such as oil, salt and pepper. Additional kitchen amenities include an oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. These amenities ensure you have access to everything you need for a short- or long-term stay.
Upon check-in, our guests are provided with washing pods, dishwasher tablets, products to wash up with and a bottle of sparkling wine. These provisions allow you to make full use of the ameneities!
In addition to the interior, there is a large garden to the rear with seating.
Situated just outside of Whitehaven’s town centre and historic harbour, this house is an ideal location for those looking to enjoy the offerings of Whitehaven and Cumbria. Whitehaven has a number of local pubs and restaurants around the town centre and harbour. This apartment is located opposite a large supermarket and a five minute walk to a pub and takeaways.
Whitehaven is approximately 27 miles from Keswick in the Northwest Lake District and 48 miles from Windermere and the South Lake District making it a great base for exploring the beautiful Lake District. Although this property is ideal for holiday makers, it would also suit those in the area for work with local transport links to West Cumberland Hospital, Sellafield and Westlakes Science Park.
This house has a private drive.
Whitehaven also has accessible public transport links with trains running from Carlisle to Barrow-in-Furness and local bus services running to other local towns.
