Our condo at the Bentley Hilton South Beach is a 1-minute walk from the beach through private gate access. The unit includes a balcony, full kitchen, King bed, and full-size sleeper sofa. This elegant all-suite family friendly hotel offers an unrivaled beachfront location, exceptional amenities, and luxurious accommodations. As a guest of our private suite, enjoy access to most amenities, including the fitness center, spa, pool, direct beach access, and multiple dining options nearby and onsite.
1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. 2. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles daily. Please place trash bins in FDC room for disposal. 3. Close all blinds and balcony doors in all rooms. 4. The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed (4) people, not including a child in a crib. 5. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties. 6. "No pets" policy must be observed. 7. Smoking is not allowed. 8. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). 9. All keys are to be returned upon move-out by Tenant. 10. Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits. 11.Food and Beverages. Food and beverages may not be consumed outside of a Condominium Unit (e.g., in hallways, elevators, etc.), except on the balconies, terraces, or patios attached to such Condominium Unit, within those areas of the Property where food and beverages are served, or within any other areas as designated by the Association and/or Hotel Manager, from time to time, in its sole discretion. 12. Balconies, Patios and Terraces. No garbage cans, supplies, bottles, linens, clothing, rugs, mops or laundry and any other items of personal property of any kind can be stored, shaken, or hung from any windows, doors, balconies, patios or terraces.

Property was as detailed in the posting. Amenities in the room were great. Location could not be better, in walking distance to everything. Hotel facilities are great. I’ll definitely be staying again.

Had an overall wonderful experience staying here. Super convenient location, gorgeous balcony view, and classy room. Much better than my previous stays in Miami. Loved it!
