The hotel is very nice and we totally enjoyed our stay! The staff was very friendly,always welcoming you with a big smile!

Food options for vegetarians were poor

Can not fault the food, it is really good, plenty of choice too. Could have done with more fruit like Banana, the cocktails are very tasty too. Beds were very comfortable. I went for two days over xmas 24th & 25th, the 7 course meal on 24th were beautiful. Considering it were xmas the entertainment... well there was not any, the animation team not good at all, had nothing to do while there, for the price paid i would expect something to do!

everything was good in general, I enjoyed that there are two swimming pool and there’s a nice beach

the security guards in the main gate were so rude like they are doing a favour … they were searching my car every time i go in or out like crazy while some other cars don’t get searched .

The reception is just to collect money when you arrive! You can't get any usufull information from them and they are always in rush to finish conversation. The facility is poor, I don't see it for 4* Unfortunately, still The bad habits with the stuff at the beach, you see them treating guests outside the hotel as VIP . I suggest you to do your own investigation, people are not stupid!

the food was nice and a lots of varieties the inconvenient things was the towels very old and needs to be replaced and general maintenance for the curtains AC ventilation ! thé restaurent near the beach was nice but service sooooo long have to wait for 90minutes to get my food

service in restaurant was not great you barrely get a glas of water.If you ask for a glass of cola you will recieve it when you finish your diner. the people who serve are slow. one time we asked for drinks and he just went for a little walk and came back after we finished our food. forks and cups where dirty. they only give good service to white people. when a white dutch tourist asked for a drink he went running to get it. food was also not great. meat tasted kind off weird. also at the dance evenings you can feel the racism. the employes wouldt even look at us, they gave all of their attention to the other tourist (even tho we paid the same price and are alsof tourists we did not recieve the same kind of respect). by the desk we where put very far away from the pools and beach we had to walk like 15 min to the first pool. the white tourist where set very close to everything. This is the first time in my entire life that i feel this way in a resort. sheets where not changed even when i asked

the first room that was given was in an not nice area and close to a disco that didn’t let us sleep until 4am. We asked for a change the day after and it was better afterwards.

Local wine, nice pools, quiet beach, peaceful walk on the beach to the port. Lots of choice of food.

Thought we were supposed to have a balcony but we didn't. Apart from the animation team, the staff were quite miserable. Speaking to other holiday makers, they recommend tipping at the beginning so the staff will be more friendly. It might have helped us get the right amount of towels and pillows but I just assumed that would happen on the onset. People selling trips were quite annoying. The cost of the spa. I've been to other hotels where it's included in the price.

Friendly staff were always there to help! The resort is really big and lots to do.

The only thing I could say that I didn't like was the people that kept trying to sell you things while you were trying to relax. Was a bit much but not the hotels fault

Great place and location that allows access to local buses if you need to commute down to Sousse or trains to Monastir. The food was quality including the service by all staff. Will visit again for sure.

To provide king size beds instead of having two single put together. Otherwise non major.
