A truly fantastic resort, even on cold and rainy days! Really welcoming staff, exceptional food, amazing kids club (my daughter fell in love with the entertainment team) and heated pool that came in very handy in April. The beach is truly stunning, and there are a few other gorgeous beaches a short drive away. We had the best time!

Couldn't fault anything

It's a great hotel resort for families with young kids. There are several pools, with one heated indoor one and one heated outdoor kids' pool. I was a little surprised to find myself really enjoying the evening shows too! The staff is super friendly and there are a lot of kids' clubs to keep little ones busy.

The restaurants on offer are pretty average, and unless you have an all-inclusive package, it's pretty poor value. It's also frustrating that you need to book the restaurants in advance, even when they're half empty.

The pirate ship pool was excellent for our 1 year old and 4 year olds. For us that was the main driver for booking this specific hotel. Proximity to a lovely beach was also a plus for us. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Generally, kids had a great time so a successful holiday but i dont have a reason to come back to this hotel.

Hotel restaurants were mediocre at best apart from Mirablau and the buffet which were quite good. Our room was not particularly clean. Generally the hotel is quite dated as is evident from the photos. The pillows were also very uncomfortable.

Such a child-friendly place!!! Highly recommend for families with little kids from age 4 (can participate in kids programmes from age 4 I think).

I normally don't book all-inclusive resorts but this was excellent. The buffet was the best resort buffet I've experienced. We went three times in the same day 🤣. Our group likes to eat lots of vegetables and this is the best salad bar we've found in Spain. They also had plenty of gluten-free and high protein options if that's in your crew. I really loved the layout of our 1-bedroom apartment because it allowed a group to have time together and enough space to work apart. Wifi was wicked fast (especially in the off hours).

The place has its own private beach. The breakfast was really good. The sauna was clean. There was open air temperature controlled swimming pool. View was really great. We really enjoyed the property.

It was well inside the main road. Half the restaurants either were not open or were fully booked. We were not informed about the pre booking system. They also closed early. We could not have a decent dinner.

The Range of facilities and dining options was excellent. The indoor pool ideal for young children. Staff were great. Would not hesitate to go again, and recommend it to friends.

kind of old, we thought we booked an adults only resort, but there were more kids than DisneyWorld-very loud and busy from that, so many different levels of room, we had no idea about due to booking with a third party, so felt like a 3rd class citizen, being chased out of areas we were not allowed in(no one mentioned there were off limit areas upon checkin) this was unpleasant and embarrassing. Food prices were reasonable. Many activities for families.

tip: keep balcony doors closed or the air conditioning won’t run. the air conditioning does not keep the place super cool but it was still very comfortable. would definitely stay again. overall a magical stay.

Resort is more family oriented. The adult only pools were full of families also.

The location and the pools.

The rooms are very overpriced for what they are. They are dated and the air con hardly works, broken tiles, Wood chip on the walls. By the morning of our first day there our toilet stopped working - we complained instantly but were told that it was the whole building and it was being sorted. This wasn’t true and instead of moving us they put builders in our room all day, we complained a number of times until, after 7 hours, I went to the front desk and told them for the huge cost of the room it wasn’t good enough - move us or refund us. They moved us into a smaller apartment in the basement. We left the next day and will never go back. We had all inclusive and the food was very average. Constantly cold food served at the al a cart, the main buffet was too busy and the lines / waiting times for some food was ridiculous. The meat was dry, pasta cold, the only good thing was the salad bar... but it’s not worth going for all inclusive you would be better off in the other restaurants if you had to stay there. I honestly don’t understand all the good reviews on this site for this hotel. We traveled around Majorca for 3 weeks and stayed in some fabulous (And far cheaper) hotels and ate wonderful food - Majorca is a stunning island that is worth a visit - but I would recommend you stay somewhere else. This place is a rip off and I heard too many people on the phone to their tour company complaining to know that we weren’t the only ones who thought that!

Beautiful location and first class resort with good restaurants, swimming pools and easy walk to the beach which was stunning. kids club was amazing and the kids club staff were so good with our children aged 6 and 4.

Such a great place to enjoy with the family! Will definitely recommend to everyone. We celebrated my wife’s birthday at the Mexican restaurant inside the resort and they treated her with a delicious desert and made her feel so special. Great costumer service around the place and a very kid friendly environment. The beach is a dream.

The entertainment staff were fantastic, and the view from the beach is beautiful. Our son enjoyed all the activities and entertainment. If the hotel had felt less overcrowded we would have been much happier.

The resort felt extremely over crowded (around the pool, in the buffet, and during the evening entertainment plus it was diffiult to get a restaurant reservations without 3 days notice) and it was pretty noisy everywhere you went. I did not rate the quality of the food in all but two of the restaurants (Italian and Beach restaurant were the best) given how much we were paying. We had to move rooms twice and pay for an upgrade to get one we were happy in. There is not much space in the rooms so we paid for a room with a garden to get extra space. We spent a huge amount of money in the end so felt we didn't quite get the value we were expecting.

This was such a wonderful resort and we will definitely be returning next year. Have two kids ( age 7 and age 5) who absolutely loved all the kids activities. The entertainment team is truly so welcoming and energetic. Every day they have a vast assortment of kids club activities based on age that vary with interest, and even stuff for adults. My normally shy husband was out there playing water polo and even archery! The nightly entertainment was great and the service 10/10! Do the all inclusive! The drinks were delicious and so many options included with bracelet. The buffet was wonderful and tasty. A nice range of restaurant offerings too outside the main hall. Terraza has spectacular views. The beach: clean and most of the days very calm. Not rocky- your kids can build sand castles! There are two grocery like stores directly across from beach to buy everything from water floats to sunscreen. Enjoy. Thank you Viva for the best vacation yet
