It includes breakfast with fruits [in Montreal fruits are expensive], so I was able to eat fruit in the mornings. Excellent actitude in the check in process very fast and the room was excellent, including a microwave and a fridge. TV with a good number of tv stations in English and French Language. Good size of the bed but a bottle of water was missing in contrast with other hotels I have visited before in other countries. You should include a bottle of water and a chocolate or cookie as a welcome, this could make a good difference as welcome. A good elevator easy to manage. Excellent view from my window.

Location could be considered good if you go from the airport to the Berri-UQAM station that it is near to the hotel, but the area sorrundings do not feel safe at night, even in the day there are too many homeless people. Berri station at the night when I arrived was full of people that from my personal standpoint look dangerous and they ask for money and it is dark the street where the hotel is located, not an area to visit at night and a bad impression for a first timer in Montreal. Other hotels are better located near the downtown. As this hotel do not have restaurant I needed to go out at night and the area was not good.

Top Lage. Zum Hafen 15 Minuten. Zum botanischen Garten 5 km. Das war fast die maximale Distanz. Alles also, wenn man mag, zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zimmer war sehr groß und hatte alles, was man braucht.

Das Wasser in der Dusche braucht etwas lange, bis es warm wird.

I loved the room, the windows were amazing and the kitchen had lots of supplies. The room was spacious and beds were very comfortable, as well as the lobby was well maintained.

It smelled in the hallways sometimes, The parking was very compact and you went up the same way you went down which I was just happy we didn’t meet someone on our ways in and our we would’ve had to reverse in very risky driving conditions with how tight and narrow the spaces were. When we got to our rooms our beds had some hair on the matress covers and pillows. Wasn’t dirty just had hair in both the beds so we asked to change and they did right away with multiple cleaning personnel which was great! The dishes are to be done by us before we leave the room if not we were charged, this is unreliable because who knows if the previous tenants of the rooms did the dishes properly. Could be unsanitary if not checked up on.

The hotel location is great! The nearest metro station from the hotel (Berri- Uqam) has multiple lines in it, so it is easy to get to anywhere. The staff are helpful and always have a smile on their faces. The room is really spacious and clean. Baked goods for breakfast always tastes good.

You can hear people talking in the hallway, but throughout our stay-- our floor is mostly quiet.

It was close to old Montreal. The metro was short walk to the hotel if you exit on the street side of St. Catherine street.

We like to cook, I guess the smell after. The vent does not seem to absorb all.

L' emplacement est génial, prés du métro, de la gare routière, arrêt du bus 747 qui relie l' aéroport YUL au centre ville , a 2 pas. Commerce idem a 2 rues de l' hotel,15 mn à pied du Vieux Montréal. Le petit déjeuner continental servi de 7h30 à 11h00. Nous avions une kitchenette dans notre chambre, nous avons pu nous faire livrer par un UBER EAT.

La literie est un peu déformée, du coup nous avons un peu souffert du dos.

Netter Empfang, sauberes Zimmer mit guten Betten, Garage im Haus, sehr gutes Frühstück, endlich mit Porzellangeschirr und Besteck. Die Lage sehr zentral, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Zentrum und alten Hafen.

Es gibt nichts zu bekriteln, ausser, dass man die Fenster nicht wirklich öffnen kann.

We had a lovely big room.

There was a lot of building work in the area when we were there so it looked rather a mess, but nevertheless if you ignored that it was in a good location near to the lively quartier latin.

Very close to Berri Metro Station and within a 5 minute walk of the IGA grocery store. Nice simple breakfast in the morning, toast, croissants, mini pastries, two types of cereal, eggs, tea, coffee and juices.

The kitchette wasn't fully stocked, no chopping board, tin openner or strainer. 3 times in one day I had to go to reception to get my keycard reset.

Air conditioning units were quite noisy and even when turned off would intermittently make lots of noise throughout the night. Shower made quite a lot of noise as well. Perhaps it is costs going up in general but very expensive for one night given rooms and amenities. Definitely in need of an upgrade.

The room was big, with a kitchen and a comfortable bed. We slept very well. Clean, good wifi, great location.

The breakfast area could be a bit nicer, it felt a bit like school cantine and it would be nice if there was some warm food like eggs and fresh fruit, but overall an ok breakfast.

Breakfast was good, 20 minutes walk to most popular places to visit.

I asked them for a parking lot before traveling, but when we arrived parking was full. It was really frustrating looking for parking after 8 hours drive. Dirty bed with hairs.

1 staff from the morning breakfast (day 2) area was very rude.. We booked 3 rooms. Ac of 1 room was not working. Made a complaint, still no luck. Didn’t get any cooperation from the hotel regarding the air conditioning.

Room was comfortable, if small. Bed was great and the pillows were great. I slept really well.
