I liked the room, the bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The staff were very helpful.

I thought breakfast could have been included in the price. The hotel was away from the centre of town and the public transport was not as good as I expected to get downtown.

The room was clean and large, bed were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Good parking area. Open area to sign in.

Doors could use automatic opener, to assist older people, people with baggage, and physically needs.

I liked that there was a kitchenette in be room. .

I didn't like that the security guards were always at the front talking to each other. I had a hard time checking in because they were so loud talking about their schedule. The restaurant was not open to guests due to private function, the elevator took forever, the business area was open and loud in the front entrance, and it felt like people lived there. It is also not wheel chair assembled.

Very dated property. Soccer being played in the parking lot amongst cars. Heavy security presence and loud noises at night made were worrying.

The room we stayed it kept up us most off the night because the wind was whistling in around the air conditioner & was really loud..

I had last minute booking and was very happy I snagged this room. The hotel definitely needs a lot of renovation to get into this decade, but the room is huge and having a kitchenette was such a nice surprise.

How small the TV was/how far away it was from the bed. Couldn't even make use of the TV while there.

The bed was comfortable. The staff was fine.

The website should be updated to show that there is no longer a restaurant on the premises. The bath was very dark. The carpets were wrinkled and old.

the fact that it says breakfast included ! as it was only a one night stay this is why we chose this hotel., for the breakfast. I feel as if booking.com owes me a refund of breakfast x5 ppl.

No access to elevator from main lobby,had to walk up a ramp to 1st floor.was going to have a shower but I couldn’t because of hair in the shower.Lobby floor was wet and salt stains not very welcoming.musty smell in corridors
