convenient and the bed was so comfortable

The location is really nice, in central St. John’s on a historic street. everything was clean.

Very clean. Quiet street. Was very close to the sites we wanted to chk.

Only thing I didn't really want was the room was on the top floor. Have arthritis and have hard time climbing stairs especially with luggage. Nothing else to dislike.

A kerig coffee maker would be great there so each guest could have a fresh cup of coffee in the morning.

The room was very clean.

I just think the bed was too soft. Also, I was in room 1 and there is a window in the bathroom tub. They have this very cheap and stained shower to cover that window. But, when the shower is on that curtain gets sucked in and ends up clinging to you as you shower. It is kind of gross. How many other people has it clinged to? They should cover that window with that stuff that adheres to the window but still lets light in. It was strange because you can see they really put in the effort to clean.

Close proximity to duckworth/water street. Quiet area overall. Clean. Appreciated the muffins in the morning.

Very little sleep the first night due to rain banging off the air conditioning unit in the window. No fridge in room which would be the main reason I would not book there again.

Downstairs was all common space so lots of room. Good croissants. Very quiet but very close to historic downtown and The Ship Pub. Felt part of the neighbourhood.

Everything was great. Couldnt stay more than one night because booked up.

Very soft uncomfortable bed.

toilet did not function properly and seating was too low. bathroom door need to be raised since it caught on the floor, closet doors were malfunctioning and were a nuisance. Room on small size.

Coffee machine too hard to use. Put in singleservice coffee machine. No running water in meal room.

Air conditioner worked poorly. Bathroom much too small. No on-site manger to help.

I didn’t see anyone during my visit, but check in was very easy! Check out fairly early, 10:30am, but ok I guess, that location couldn’t be better, so deeply recommendable. Also parking was very well organized and informed how to park.

Everything was spelled out for me and it was easy to get in

The breakfast. Most days the pastries were stale. I would have preferred muffins and those were few. The apples were either green or old and the oranges were tasty, but the skin looked like it was beginning to rot I ended up going out for breakfast several times

The owners were very friendly and quickly fixed the problem when I told them that there was a problem with the hot water from the shower.

Location! Character of the place. Cozy.

A few things not working or missing.

The breakfast was great, the staff very very friendly and I enjoyed having privacy! Great place, would stay again possibly with a friend!

Too many stairs but other than that,great!
