I thought the bed was comfortable. That's about it.

Everything else. We had so many issues with this hotel. It was under construction, they turned the water off and didn't notify us (they said they had a notification at the front desk...why wouldn't you slip this under the door or put it on our door?), there was no ice maker, but also no fridge in the room to keep anything cold. They didn't offer us any water or any option for anything cold. The bar wasn't open. The hallways were dirty with construction mess. Our room was mostly clean but the floors could have been cleaner, I think also from the construction. The front door wasn't working part of the time so the security guy had to pull it open for us. The amenities like the gym were closed. The hotel offered me a free 1-night stay in the future as compensation but hasn't contacted me about that since. Radio silence.

The combination of location and facilities was just perfect. Very very clean and well organised hotel. Bathroom was great with great shower.

I guess the only thing I could say was although it was very stylish it probably was at the top of its game on the early 2000’s and maybe a few small style upgrades will bring back the wow factor other than that can’t fault it.

Everything else was GREAT. Manager was courteous, and I really REALLY appreciate there hospitality. Thank you so much for your stay. I loved my stay, even though it was unexpectedly cut short. And thanks so much for waiving a fee for me. You have no idea how sorry I am for any disruptions or discouragement that a guest of mine may have caused to your hotel and or staff. Thanks so much. I truly do appreciate everything about the hotel, your great understanding people.

The front desk was rude to one of my guests late at night when they arrived and said they were here to visit me.
