Well my favourite part was being upgraded without even being informed. It was my wedding weekend and we had booked a smaller queen room because the big king room was booked so we were talking to the front desk about how we can fit the wedding party in the small room its no big deal. She had said that if shes able to switch some things up to get us the room she would call us to let us know so we could pay the difference. We checked in and what did we check into? The large king suite. We were literally bamboozled. We felt so special. Thank you so much Emma and team, You all are really great.
Not a darn thing. Everything was just perfect.

Bathroom not clean, bed full of hair, not sure towels were clean, and woke up to find large bug in the bed.

Price didn’t really match the room is a bit overpriced for how dated it is in my opinion . Was our anniversary nothing done or said (was in notes )

The staff were very polite and helpful. The housekeeping staff met my every need quickly and professionally
I had no serious issues (except I had a problem with my keys not working which were easily replaced)

The staff were great, it was an easy check in. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
The hide-a-bed was super uncomfortable though.

the first room we checked into had a broken AC and had a weird smell. we were moved to another room where the AC blew air but it was not cold as an AC should have been. Neither room had a thermostat and neither room had a functioning fan in the washroom.

balcony door did not lock, screen door on balcony was broken balcony was a mess,roof top out side was covered in beer can,towels,shower curtain rod was falling off,towel shelf was falling off,carpet was torn.

The manager was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We came to the city for our daughter’s minor surgery and when I called to ask if we can come in at 1PM instead of 3, he didn’t hesitate and welcomed us.
It’s a dated hotel so don’t expect much more from what you pay for but staff are really great!

I loved the room: the bed was super comfy, there was extra pillows, beautiful finishings in the room, nice view from the balcony, good water pressure, and had a life saving air conditioner.
I disliked how rude one staff member was, who also over charged us, and then preceded to joke about wanting to over charge us even more; and due to the fact that it is pet friendly, unpon our checkout we went to take the elevator down only to find out a dog had relieved itself in there and therefore had to take the stairs down instead.

The room was spacious and the bathroom with a separate shower was a nice touch. The place has an older layout but is comfortable.
The lady at the front desk charged us extra for bringing our dog into the hotel. I had purposely booked a pet-friendly room on the website. No mention of extra charge was mentioned. It did feel like an ambush and a cash grab. Had we known about the extra charge we may have looked elsewhere. The staff was very friendly except for the one woman who went out of her way to be rude.

Stayed in room 201. It is huge with a walk-in closet. There was a stain on the carpet but other than that the room was immaculate. The room is also very quiet. I didn't hear so much as a whisper outside my room throughout my 2-night stay. Beds are comfortable. Lots of parking available in a well-lit area. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming.
I would have to get pretty nit-picky to find something wrong.

Staff was great. It smelled clean.
Elevators were difficult to run. TV was old and dark. Restaurant and bar had terrible hours. Restaurant served 1 piece of toast 1 day but 2 the next. Server did not refill coffee unless asked.
Bar was accommodating to our group and service was good. Hours of service were disappointing.

Heater in room was noisy.

I had a problem with paying by card, but the hotel staff helped solve the problem and we didn't stay outside.
