Lovely lobby and pool area. Dinner in dining room was good .

No hot water in our room in the evening or the morning . No wifi throughout the whole stay . View from room was a dumpster full of garbage

This location did not serve breakfast which took me by surprise. Also, parking was not included either. This two things made my experience overwhelming.

Please start including breakfast and parking in the hotel price.

The food in the restaurant

You should insure that they have handicap rails in the bathroom for assistance for people who have trouble moving and the room was cold thru out stay

When we were taking day trips to othercparts of the state. We tried not to be at the hotel or vicinity as much as possible to make the best of our trip.

The area , having to pay for parking as a paying guest. The coffe in the room was poor. One microwave for the floor to share. The hot tub was warm at best and the jests did not work, that was a feature that would have been nice to be able to use to help with pain from a medical condition. The staff at the front desk had an it is what it is mentality. The bathroom had no exhaust vents. The same debris was on the floor in the stair well our whole stay, meaning housekeeping stuck to room upkeep.

Location and value

My mom is handicapped and we need shower not tub in room. There were no accessible rooms with two queen size beds. There were 3 in our group. Then on the last night, the tv died. Called front desk and they came up and informed me tv dead that we needed to switch rooms. We couldn’t, just pick up after 2 nights and take all our stuff to another room.

The atmosphere and the cleanliness of the hotel. Although the food was too expensive, it was ridiculous. Not to mention just a bottled soda out of the little machine. It was almost 5 dollars. That’s ridiculous not to mention that we had to pay a $10 parking fee. The only live 52 minutes away. We were there for the John Edwards event. Not to mention we didn’t even stay the whole night. We laugh about 12 AM and we arrive there it 3:30 PM checked out at 12 AM we didn’t stay the whole time not to mention we had to put a $60 deposit down on the room as well. I thought that was ridiculous so having to put a deposit of $60 on the room plus a $10 parking fee was

That was here was nice. The roads were nice like staying on the ninth floor. We also like the fact of having to have a key to get on the elevator to go up I need to 84s. They made us feel very safe.

It was clean and the staff was very kind.

Pay for parking. I was surprised there was a parking fee as it wasn’t listed on the property information. They also charged an extra $60 that was refunded after checking out. I didn’t like all the surprise added fees.
