Not much

The property was under construction with bad noise and no restaurant. The room was old and we paid $191 for a night. We went to the airport early the next morning.

Great location, not to far from the airport. Room very spacious. Good breakfast.

Room very noise, impossible to sleep. There was an external vent, in front of the room, up the entire night. Room dusty. $20 for the parking is crazy.

Travelled with family of 4. The breakfast was great! Ideal location about 10mins to LAX/rental car drop and short drive to area beaches and restaurants. Pool area was perfect after a long day exploring; it was green, with palm trees and quite large which is usually hard to find. They are also renovating the hotel in the next year or so, which will make it that much better. Highly recommend.

Everything, the staff was exceptional and the complimentary breakfasts staff and servers were excellent..

The union picketing and their noise. But I hope that by the time I go back they are done with the protests.

Great staff and good location close to airport. Easy access inn and out of hotel. Rooms were good size and clean. Good breakfast and the kids loved the pool.

Parking was a porblem. No real system for reservations and everybody could buy parking even if there were no space. Got lucky in the end, but there should be a better way of organizing this.

Room air-conditioning was very smelly in room 206. Child pair of childs socks found in room. Not ours. On entering the room bed looked like someone had been lying on it. Check in was interrupted several times. Staff moral on Wednesday 5th was terrible. Staff Appeared tired and short. Ordered Dinner. Burger cold n burnt. Alfredo's with chicken. Chicken was burnt. Chips or fries were dry and overcooked. Very disappointing. For $220US $. It ended up in the bin/ trash can. Industrial area trucks started reversing at 5am in the morning. Hotel right next door to train station, NOT good if you are a light sleeper. WiFi was terrible. Staff on 6th July let us stay in pool area until free shuttle took us to the Airport at 5pm, it was a lovely change to all our other experiences as our flight was not until 9:30pm. Unfortunately noise wise we would not stay again.
