The staf. We arrived at the hotel at 00:00am with a reservation made on booking and with all the confirmations. The person who attended us was no sympathetic and a few seconds after we gave her our reservation said that he had no reservation and that the hotel was full. And did nothing more to try to solve our problem which is actually also a problem of the hotel. It is a shame that the hotel has such an employee at the front desk which is the first image of the hotel. But everything ended well with the help of booking and with the people of the AC Marriott Hotel, another hotel near there and that I recommend.

Nice clean hotel and rooms. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Location was good. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Parking is $25 PER NIGHT, which is a lot and honestly a bit of a rip off. Thank goodness I only stayed two nights.

It has late check in after midnight. Excellent bed & pillows. Very helpful & friendly staff.

Extremely dirty rooms and hotel in general. Lobby looks nice but everything else needs some serious cleaning/renovating.

Clean room, nice accommodations, friendly and responsive staff. One minor problem was fixed quickly. When I mentioned I had problems acquiring the car rental, staff offered to contact the portal rental agency for us. When it was time to leave the staff called is scheduled cab for us.

Batteries were dead in room safe – could have been double checked before we booked the room. – Minor issue. Breakfast was fair, but waitress was absent-minded – had to ask a few times for my condiments for my Meal. Water pressure is very low from the the bathroom sink. The shower was a modern design without a door but the class could be done extended a touch more as water splashed past the door into the floor.

It was really clean on the inside. The area is nice & we didn’t pay for parking.

The ladies in the front didn’t really give details when you check in. We had to search up the checkout time & if they offer free breakfast (they don’t). They had a bar downstairs. The room was kind of set up weird but we didn’t mind since it wasn’t a long stay. The bed was so uncomfortable.. both of us woke up with our back hurting because we literally sank into the bed. It was not firm. The pillows were lumpy. The first night we used the water it was piping hot. When we showered in the morning, the water would not get hot at all.m. The bathroom mirror was flimsy & the Bluetooth noise was low like it was broken. Towels didn’t smell clean. Smelt like popcorn. The walls are so thin! You can hear your neighbors. Also a lot of noise coming from upstairs!
