A shuttle is provided, close to the airport, for an overnight stay. Comfortable and clean room, with coffee and tea available near the lobby.

I liked the involvement of the staff in the relationship with the customer, attentive to every detail. Good food, but it could be diversified, especially for those who stay more than 5 days. The hotel is very well located with restaurants, shop, you can walk around,. The pool is clean, hot water all the time. Clean throughout.

The room with 2 double beds is very small for a family of 3 people. It is difficult to ventilate, and much too small.

The staff were amazing! We had a late flight out of LAX on our day of departure and they offered a late check out without being asked! We have stayed in 8 different hotels on this trip and they were the only ones to ask how our stay was!

Room very dated and smelled musty die to leaking air conditioning. Mould in bathroom.

We had a great stay! Staff were very helpful and friendly!

Zimmer war extrem feucht und muffig, zwei Nächte hätten wir es nicht ausgehalten.

Great proximity to airport. Breakfast was good - lots of spaces for seating. We went poolside which was very nice.

The room was smelly - a musty odor that was noticeable the entire stay.

I had stayed at the Sheraton 4 Points a year ago. I felt my room there was very dark even though the electricity was working. At the Fairfield, the lighting was much better. I also liked that I was close to a large grocery store and several restaurants.

The neighborhood. Two days in a row I saw police cars parked in front of the grocery store across the street.

King suite perfect size for 3 people.

Sofa bed however uncomfortable and linen supplied inadequate and unhygienic. There was no mattress cover, a badly stained fitted sheet and no quilt. Pillows lumpy.

Staff was really nice and helpful.

Hotel and rooms are outdated. Had to change rooms because first one was not very clean. The second room smelled, AC did not work, balcony was unavailable - locked door. One of the elevators did not work. Parking fee is excessive and outside of the hotel premises. Coffee cups were not the same size as lids. One of the shower heads did not work.

Breakfast was good and there was plenty of variety. The staff were very helpful and accommodating great to deal with.

When arriving by car we had to pay for parking which was in my opinion a cash grab for 2 nights cost $80 understand the charge if you are not staying with them however that was ridiculous. The rooms are in need of an upgrade where our room had a musky smell about it, they also stated at the time of checkin that they don't make the rooms up everyday something i am not used too.

The hotel was okay didn’t realise it was in a noisy part of Los angeles probably would stay somewhere else if staying longer

Great location with shuttle from LAX. Close to food venues. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Decent breakfast.

Decor was slightly dated, but everything was clean & functional.

Chambre très propre. Le petit déjeuner impeccable. Un Ralphs en face. J'aime bien l'endroit parce que j'ai gardé de bon souvenir il y a plus de 16 ans.

Dommage que le restaurant Mariposa n'est plus. A part ça c'est tout pour moi.

Breakfast is not good. The hotel double charged us for a single night's stay and did not responded to my repeated messages to them about the refund of the extraneous charges.

O quarto que me deram cheirava iunsuportavelmente mal e o recepcionista que nos deu o quarto 115 tinha conhecimento de reclamações a respeito. O telefone do quarto não conectava com a portaria.Nos propuseram o 128 que declinamos pelo mau-cheiro . Ficamos em um quarto menor que o reservado. O estacionamento não é na propriedade

Kinderbett war schon recht ramponiert und hat erst einmal nicht gehalten. Wurde dann aber gelöst. Shuttleservice muss telefonisch in den usa geordert werden. Ich hatte vor 3 Wochen eine Nachricht mit dem Wunsch der Beförderung geschrieben, allerdings ohne Rückmeldung. Für Gäste ohne US telefonier Möglichkeit eher schwierig. Wir hatten diese und es telefonisch lösen können
