Don’t have clean the room every day

Close to the airport, free shuttle and nice and clean rooms.

Crossing the streets and going up stairs with luggage.

Convenient location, very comfortable room. Good location.

The weather was too cool to use the pool. ;)

Location was good for a short 2 day layover. Room was spacious, everything was in working order and clean. The free shuttle to and from the airport is a very good service and provided complimentary as part of the accommodation cost.

Bed mattress was very soft. Personal preference I know but for me, not great to sleep on. Noise, noise and more noise ... As the carpark is immediately outside the door of the room (cars park pretty much at the door), a lot of noise during the night. Cars coming and going at all hours, people having loud discussions at all hours and just general noise. Not a lot of insulation between the ground and 1st floor - I could hear pretty much everything that was going on above me. Also plane noise although not much the Travelodge can do about that.

O hotel está sendo remodelado e as instalações estão ficando muito boas, apesar de serem do tipo motel americano antigo.

Houve um evento desagradável que foi o desaparecimento de uma garrafa de champanhe do frigobar. Fiz a reclamação mas o gerente disse que não conseguiu apurar nada.

Location close to LAX

I emailed the day before arrival with some basic questions regarding bag storage, check-in time, travel time to LAX etc and got a super brief answer to check in time only. (3pm) On arrival at approx 9:30am we were informed that there was no capacity for luggage storage and we were a group of 12. We were forced to go over the road and book a room for the purpose of storage for the day. We would have organised something else if our questions had been answered. The man on desk when we arrived wasn’t overly friendly, sympathetic or eager to help find a solution. Such a pity, as the room we had was very comfortable when we actually got into it. Pity the shuttle wasn’t available as early as we needed in the morning either 😢

Location by airport and shuttle are great but it doesn't run at 4am. Great for a layover flight.

There was no hot water.

Es un hotel para pasar la noche antes de viajar, esta al lado del aeropuerto. Es muy basico pero es simplemente para un rato.

Es muy básico, algo descuidado, olor a humedad al entrar.

Muy cerca al aeropuerto y a restaurantes, supermercados, etc. conveniente

The location is near the airport and the rooms is very clean and well appointed

We did not get to be fetched by the shuttle when we arrived despite us waiting at the designated waiting area. For some reason we missed the shuttle. We were at the stop at 10:45am in time for the 11am pick up. But did not get to see it until 11:30am

Great for an overnight stay nearby the airport. Had all the amenities I needed for a short layover, would recommend or stay again. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable! Airport shuttle was on time and very convenient.

Don't recommend for a longer period stay for more than 4 nights, a lot of the experience is dependent on your neighbors and the walls are not sound proof. No elevator for 2nd level, but for motels this is quite normal.

Close by the airport. Convenient free shuttle to the airport.

The room was very comfortable and the staff was really nice as well. Location was good..it is like a 2 min walk to Black Bear DINER and McDonald's.

Sehr nah am Flughafen.

Kommunikation bzgl. Shuttle war schwierig, daher musste ich ein Taxi nehmen, um hinzukommen. Um zum Flughafen zurück zu kommen hat es problemlos funktioniert. Fenster nicht ganz dicht, daher etwas laut vom Lärm der Straße und Flughafen. Decke war nicht dicht, daher hat es bei Regen ins Zimmer getropft und meine Klamotten sind nass geworden.

Great value and convenient location for an overnight stop. The room was clean and had plenty of space for 2 adults.

There is no elevator for the 2nd floor accommodation.

Very run down, a long wait to check in, wouldn't stay here again. Required a $100 deposit in addition to the booking.com amount for foom.

$100 deposit requested at check in that I was not notified prior to this. This is something I believe that should be advertised. I was told I would receive this deposit back immediately at check out and I still have not received this. The deposit itself is no issue I just believe it should be advertised somewhere when booking.

In n out burger and chik fil eh was across the street.

The room service maids ignored my do not disturb sign.

Coffee machine broken did get a replacement after 2 days, which was still faulty! Not the sort of area you want to have to go out to get a morning Coffee at 6am. Unable to order a takeaway on my UK phone, ask reception for some assistance, but a customer helped me in the end. Reception staff friendly but not very helpful. Cleaning staff were great

Room smelled like cigarettes. Male staff member behind the desk was rude while my partner was explaining she has asthma and the smell is making her cough and will cause an asthma attack, all we requested for either a new room that didn’t smell like smoke or a refund. She was told they didn’t have any rooms to give and couldn’t give a refund either. She then went again and explained that its really bad and the smell is causing asthma to flair up, the male staff member was easting food while talking to her and be very condescending. Didn’t care at all that she could end up in hospital. I then went to him and magically their was a cancellation and we go moved to another room.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr ringhörig, den Verkehr sowie den Shuttlebus hört man recht gut für ein / zwei Nächte ist die Unterkunft gut, länger würde ich persönlich nicht dort bleiben

It was clean enough. No hand soap.

It smelled very much like cigarette smoke and my daughter and I do not smoke. It was very strong.

The bed was super comfortable, I miss it lol!!! I liked that the TV had lots of options to watch and the bathroom was a good size. Also the window was perfect for extra lighting since the lights in the room were a little dim. Afternoon staff super nice and friendly!

The AC took a while to turn on and keep the room cold, which was a minor issue. My big problem was Sunday morning I went up to the front desk because we didn't have any more towels and we wanted to ask that while we were out if they can give us more towels, remake the bed if possible and clean the room since there was sand everywhere. The girl in the front desk was okay and she paged over our room for service... well when we returned nothing was done. Monday morning my boyfriend had to go ask for towels while I was in the shower since we didn't have any.
