ホテルへのメールに対して、質問をしているのに答えてくださらず、キャンセルしたつもりがキャンセルとは受け止めてくださらず1泊で2部屋分を取られてしまいました。キャンセルポリシーに則っているため返金できないとの一点張りで交渉にもなりませんでした。私の英語力が十分でなかったことはありますがホテルの不誠実で人間味のない対応にはガッカリでした。

The woman at the desk was very nice and helpful with food suggestions. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

The parking was expensive and only had valet.

As a family with a one year old, this was the perfect stay for room amenities and location. Breakfast was great and we really appreciate the high chairs. The staff was also so kind to our baby which was an unnecessary but so very appreciated.

We would’ve loved a microwave in the room but utilized the one in the lobby just fine.

Cleaning staff and parking attendants were friendly and helpful. Lobby is pretty, location is great for concerts at MVP arena.

Fan/AC in room was not functioning properly. Room was 75 degree when we arrived and turned on the AC to cool it down a bit but a few hours later we return and the room was 87 degrees. Could not do anything to cool the room down after that. Facilities are very dated in the rooms. Spackle marks all over the walls, worn down light switches, the rooms are in need of renovation to keep up with others in the area.

The walls were so thin that we could literally hear the lady next door all night and morning talking. We actually thought the women were outside of our room door and when we opened the door to check we realized they were in the room next door.

The staff is incompetent and not service minded. Evening staff. I would suggest that evening staff be trained in human interaction. Terrible. I will not stay again as a result. Valet parking to front desk. Terrible

Generous sized room which was very comfortable. Excellent bathroom. Superb parking staff who allowed us to leave our car longer so that we could explore the city.

Breakfast in the foyer area was a bit crowded. Appalled by the use of disposable cutlery and plates, but sadly single use plastic seems very common in the USA.

Toilet did not work, bedside lights were damaged, aircon was very noisy, had to set up the sofa bed ourselves because room wasn’t ready

second room we got was very big, staff was helpfull.

Raining inside the room at 5 AM . Had to change rooms. Hotel very dirty, very old. Carpet extremely dirty both rooms. Overused hotel which is not maintained.

Valet parking crew were excellent! Mike, Hosseini and the whole Valet crew ensured our vehicle remained safe and secure. They remained friendly, professional and courteous for the duration of our visit. Outstanding job! Room was clean; comfy bed; cold AC. We will definitely visit Albany again.

The place was clean and location was great

We were stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes. The elevator was stuck on the 3rd floor and had to wait for the fire department to rescue us. Not impressed

The price was excellent, the location was nice, the room was nice and clean, staffs was very professional and friendly. I would definitely stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Albany-Downtown again and recommend friends and family. Did I mention the price was excellent. And my 12 year old daughter loves it and wanted to we stay longer.

I honestly did not like the breakfast. I feel that hey should have more and better options. The sausage was nasty and there was not bacon.
