Rude staff, roaches in room

Nothing!

The WORST place I have ever stayed...and I've stayed in a lot of places. In fact we were supposed to stay for two nights and we cut our trip short because I would rather lose the money for the night than have to stay here. Rude staff, a weird smell, crappy area, breakfast was late and basically just a piece of toast and then, when I went to get a second glass of orange juice I was shouted at and told only one cup was allowed per person. CRAZY! When I complained, the people standing behind us agreed with everything and then complained. There was a line of people all waiting to complain. The receptionist was ZERO help.

Staff was friendly.

The bathroom was in run down condition with rust spots, no fan, leaking tub faucet, and in general disrepair. They also charge a $100 deposit which is returned “in 2-3 days” which is still pending in my account 6 days later. And I could not find any mention of this on the website when booking the room.

The smoke, cockroaches and bed bugs

The receptionist was not friendly at all, actually kind of rude. No hellos, no pleases, no thank yous. He merely said 4 words “ID and card” “signature”. The property was run down, the lights were dim.

The bed was comfortable and it was clean.

The door was loose, I had to get the front desk to fix my card keys every time I tried to get into my room. The front desk staff, mainly Thomas, was very rude and lacks customer service skills. He told me that this is what I get for the rate I was paying and when I asked how I was supposed to get ice, Thomas told me to use my hands. He also told me I couldn't use te lobby bathroom, that I had to wait until I checked in and use the bathroom in my room.The curtains were torn and raggedy, there was a hole in the bathroom door, the baseboards was coming away from the wall, the tile in the bathroom was coming away from the wall, I didn't receive any amenities, the paint was peeling off the wall, the remote control didn't work, the room smelled of Marijuana and smoke, I had to buy incense and lysol for the room. This was the worst experience I have ever had.

amenities, inattentive staff, lack of towels, no ice buckets, no coffee maker, lamp did not work, 3 of 6 bulbs over mirror in bathroom not working, no drinking cups.

Bed was comfy

The person at the front desk spoke 3 words to us and barely answered my 2 questions I had.
