Everything but the air conditioning

The air conditioning, which did not work properly in the middle of the night. Particularly since the outside temperature was in the low 90s.

It was very nice. We only stayed one night, but I would’ve liked to stay longer.

Breakfast was incredible the perfect smorgasbord for the family to get in and out with quality

I didn’t like having an 8 Hour Dr. ahead of me, but the hotel was so much more than I expected

The place was clean. The staff was amazing. The pool was clean and nicely maintained. The breakfast was out of this world and the staff for breakfast was super accommodating as I needed to eat early for a 1/2 marathon. They allowed me right in the area to use the toaster. I would stay again.

Staff was friendly and helpful without being annoying. Location was handy to major highways and restaurants. Room and bathroom were good-sized and clean. Bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast hours were perfect for this trip and the offerings were decent.

I wish I'd had more time!

The staff at desk for check in was exceptional. When a rude guest attempted to ignore my check in, the woman who checked me in asked him to wait his turn. Bravo! Cleaning people super friendly and accommodating.

Clean, modern and well located. There are so many little details that made the difference if you ask me: amazing breakfast, so many options, toiletries and other items, custom welcome banner on the TV when we got in. Hilton has definitely stepped up its game. Will keep booking with them for sure.

Staff was wonderful, the place was immaculate, great location (near tons of restaurants and shopping). The breakfast was good but staff at breakfast even better. They were so sweet to my grandson.

I didn’t like the manager but edgar he was great It was another one and he came with the facilities person jack. I was recently going through a housing issue (my pipes busted) so I have been staying at this hotel for about 3 weeks. During the this stay Jack threatened to call cops on bunch of kids for swimming and enjoying themselves. Ended up having to get another room for the night. And Jack and the manager came and just wouldn’t let up when were using pool. They complained about everything and just didn’t make us feel comfortable. I have spent way too much money over the past weeks to feel like we couldn’t get the same treatment as everyone else. Also upon my arrival I had to request room be cleaned again because it wasn’t clean and sheets had stains

Room 233. Window shade didn’t pull down , lights from front entry way and for American flag shown in room . Also a bathroom fan would have been great to help with shower steam fogging the mirror .

Nothing honestly, overall great experience. Maybe replace the trash bin on the 3rd floor the top was falling apart.

Staff was wonderful, lots of amenities and extras

While the bathroom was huge…the shower was a little beat up and the sliding barn door did not give much in terms of privacy.

The small amount of scrambled eggs and sausages were good: nothing special but good nonetheless.

Shower needs liner in addition to shower curtain.

Pool was being vacuumed when we wanted to use it. The door was locked. Was told you wouldn’t run my card ‘till I got there. That was a lie. Selected non refundable and they ran my card early anyway. Annoying texts when we weren’t even settled yet. Leave me alone, you got my money, respect my privacy! Called my son my wife? Clearly uninformed texter making it worse for his employer. Piss me off why don’t you? Breakfast was not as yummy as advertised. Had better at a Fairfield Inn.
