Clean and convenient location

There was no hot water for a shower and the room was expensive also I was unable to use the tv because even though I paid premium the television was dependent on casting or mirroring from my device rather than the hotel actually providing any service and I was unable to make it work

Not much except location

The front desk clerk failed to find our second reservation and I was told it was cancelled by booking.com. That was not true. I ended up having to pay for another room and then was chatas a no show by booking.com It was a disaster. There was a giant cement pole right beside 1 end of the bed which you had to crawl around to get into the bed on one side. The space between the wall and the pole was about a foot and between the pole and the bed was about 18 inches. It was extremely difficult to get into and out of the bed, especially at night, in the dark. The room was very small and very sparsely furnished. The bed was not comfortable and I was promised a room with 2 queen beds and instead got a room with 1 queen bed.

Other than the location not a lot!

It was very convenient for my co ecting flgt at 8 30 am following day

Location to intermodal station perfect.

I only stayed here for convenience value and ambiance does not exist.

The on-site restaurant (Vienna) automatically added 18% tip to the bill and the asked for another tip! Not both hot water in the morning Noise from other rooms, noisy air circulation.
