Don’t know where to start. We got there at 1:30am to get some sleep and left at 7am. Photos on the website are deceiving, the room was in such bad shape I can’t even explain. We booked non smoking room and got a room that smelled so bad we had to keep the door open for a while to get some fresh air in. Also the smoke detector was removed from the room probably because of the smoking. The room was dirty, run down, toilet and bathtub were so disgusting we did not use it at all. No soap, shampoo or anything like that. Paint off the wall, walls were dirty, mattresses were so stained and dirty, bugs in the room. I honestly couldn’t not believe it and did not sleep all night. I wanted to leave but my husband was to tired and needed to get some sleep. People hanging out there at 1:30am were scary, there were young kids like under 5-6 years old outside at 1:30am. They also advertise 5 miles away from the speedway and children’s museum and they are like 20 miles away in the middle of a bad area. I would never go back even if they paid me.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The TV remote barely worked.

Got dnr for going and telling staff that I was in a room that did not lock but door did latch and quit housing homeless people in my room that was not homeless
