Thre decor and scent of the lobby was very relaxing . Nice staff and easy to communicate with. The food and drinks were good.

The room decors was very underwhelming. The beds were low. We had to change our room twice cause the bed was too small and the second room was dirty. New carpet needs for the hallways, full body mirror needed in the rooms, need better lighting.

The bed was comfortable and the gym was ok with a nice view on the skyline.

The apartment was a big disappointment for us. We booked it because it offers a kitchenette. When we arrived the kitchen was totally empty and we needed to request the kitchen utilities. But the hotel actually only supplied 2 plates, 2 small bowls, a large skillet, a large pot, 1 spatula, 2 knifes, 2 forks and 2 spoons. When we tried to warm up some water we found out that the skillet and the pot are not compatible with the induction stove. In order to be able to prepare any meals we requested additional kitchen supplies, like a smaller induction pot, a cutting board, a salad bowl or a can opener, but we were told that they cannot supply these items. So we were forced to buy certain kitchen items in order to be able to prepare even small meals. Do not rent an apartment at this hotel if you are not willing to bring your own kitchen supplies. - The shower hose was leaking, but the hotel replaced it quickly. - The vanity light in the bathroom could not be turned off automatically. We were told that they do not have any spare parts to repair it, which meant that the light was on day and night during the entire stay. - The lightning in the bathroom is very bad and it was hard to put on make up. - The iron chairs on the balcony are very uncomfortable. - The table in the apartment is very small and the wooden chairs have no cushioning. - Sofa is stained and needs cleaning. - The hallways have poor lightening, the AC is far too strong in the common areas. In general, the hotel is not worth the money.

When I booked, I saw reviews about the rooms not being clean enough so I figured that if I took a suite and pay more it would ensure having a cleaner room and better stay overall. I was extremely disappointed when I saw how dirty the room I was given was. Dirty to a point where we changed room immediately.

The view

Everything, the room was extremely old, there were mold om the walls, and bathroom and furniture was rusted, I am super estonished. Personal was not polite, I never ever had this type of experience while traveling.

Very modern, great staff, food at the restaurant was delicious for dinner. Nice convenient location and Views were beautiful.

Mini bar was fully stocked but expensive. It would be nice to offer some bottled water as complementary items.
