Location was perfect

Room were real small

L’hôtel est à moins de 5 min du visitor center et de l’entrée du parc. La chambre était spacieuse. Grand parking gratuit, piscine et possibilité de laver son linge sur place.

Wifi inexistant dans notre chambre. La terrasse était sale (saleté + reste de nourriture). La chambre n’était pas plus propre et un mouchoir était laissé par terre. L’hôtel était vieillot et mal entretenu. Le personnel a été averti pour le wifi, le soir même et le lendemain matin, lors du Check out. La dame au comptoir nous a informées qu’ils ne pouvaient rien faire car nous avions réservé avec booking avec beaucoup de dédain. Vraiment, aucune remise en question de leur part et aucun geste sur la chambre que nous avons payé presque 200$ pour la nuit !

Building could use updates. Water heater was leaking , moved to new room.

Good place. The restaurant for the breakfast is nearby the reception but separate management, so you'll have to pay separately. Decent breakfast.

Location location location! What a sweet spot right outside Canyon de Chelly. The free breakfast was so big I was able to make two meals out of it. I also loved the courtyard and Native American ruins on the property. The gift shop is good, too.

I have booked for 4 adults and 1 child (breakfast included) I got 4 vouchers for 5 and had to pay an extra breakfast for my child - no fair

Location is great for getting to Canyon de Chelley. Nice outdoor pool (cold water!) VERY filling meals (and reasonably priced). Comfortable rooms.

Advise guests that water has got a lot of (dirt/rust/sediment) in it flowing in both sink and tub and not recommended for drinking. This should be made aware during check-in (when I asked they said that yes, that is normal and people should buy water). There should be a water dispenser in the lobby so guests can fill water bottles before going out. My rate included Breakfast. However we were informed (at the restaurant) that beverages were not included....simple coffee/tea should be part of a breakfast plan. Whilst we didn't need one, there are no elevators for guests who are staying on the second floor.
