Wir wurden in eine gegenüberliegenden Trackt untergebracht; Klimaanlage konnte aufgrund des Staubes und Drecks nicht eingeschaltet werden, großes Loch neben der Klima hinaus ins Freie. Der ganze Boden war staubig und ungepflegt.

This place should be closed. They are running a classic bait and switch con and should not be listed on Booking.com. The facility was not as advertised. The room was not at the address listed but at a “roach” motel down the road that was crawling with bugs. Nothing worked. Taking a shower was a battle because the hot and cold water alternated randomly. The coffee machine was not operational. The light switches were worn out, the AC unit turned on and off intermittently without regulating the temperature, there was no internet as advertised, the TV did not work, the bedding felt like sandpaper. When I told the front desk about the non-operational TV, internet, and coffee machine, they said they would send someone. No one was sent.

So yucky and trashy! We couldn’t believe an old water heater and air conditioning unit were laying right outside where the staircase was. The pool was dirty and not appealing. Facility was so outdated and rooms too.

Gezellig barretje, lekker gegeten
Kleine kamer, klein bed, douche veel te laag, werd ook spontaan warm en koud. Werden om half zes gewekt door een haan (haan en kippen lopen los over het terrein).

d'être relégués dans la partie motel de l'autre côté de la route, dans une chambre dont la porte et les fenêtres étaient très mal isolées (il faisait froid quand on y était), des lumières tellement tamisées qu'on n'y voyait rien, pas de frigo/micro-onde dans les chambres et pas de petit déjeuner proposé...

We DID NOT stay after a horrible experience upon check in! Worst experience ever and extremely disappointed with motel and Booking.com first room assigned was never cleaned after previous guests!! Second room assigned was already occupied!!! We did not feel safe and secure to stay !!! Looking for a full refund after NO stay! If no response by booking we will spread the word of our poor experience to all we can!

The sheets were filthy, and they brought us new ones after a struggle to get them. The remote on the TV didn’t work the shower didn’t work. No manager on duty. Supposed to get a refund, but that hasn’t happened

La chambre était toute petite avec une salle de bain dont l’hygiène était douteuse.
L’eau chaude et le chauffage ne fonctionnaient pas. Le lit était ok mais un petit coussin par personne n’était clairement pas assez il y avait des auréoles

staff wasn't here for checkin!! the cleaning lady kicked me out of the lobby saying that someone should arrive "around 4pm" when chekin was allowed from 3... then there was a queue bc we were many waiting. there's 2 building and I was in the one away, separated by a dangerous road, so no pool. old building that's getting older without repairs and maintenance. all glory in the 90's I would imagine, but falling apart. coffee machine didn't work either

Zimmer: Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Queensize-Bett war sehr bequem und reichte völlig aus für 2 Personen.
Leider hörte man jeden Schritt, welche die Gäste im oberen Zimmer machten, bei uns unten. (Nicht übertrieben)

One of the rooms we were given was a really bad room with a broken TV, broken airco and no coffee machine. We complained and they gave us another room which was perfect.
The server at breakfast was genuinely nice and helpful.
The heated pool was not at all heated.

restaurant was perfect. food was good, price was good and staff was super. maybe just in need of an update in lights and seats.
lady at the reception. very unpleasant, not interested, pool was out of service and not even an apology. a smile was no where to be found. both days. hotel and most certainly around the pool full of trash and weeds. like it’s abandoned. the whole place had a kind of unpleasant lemon smell. unpleasant it felt like it’s being sprayed to cover less plaisent smells.

They serve a late dinner..were pretty flexible with check in and out and friendly.
Further from the grand canyon than advertised. It's 30 mins to get to anything you can see.
It's probably not quite worth the price and bit rough around the edges but perhaps that is what pay for this area. Moab accom for less money was notably better..beef faijta was super salty. But overall it was fine.

coffee machine broken, but thru did provide a voucher at the restaurant, which meant a brisk stroll across the car park in freezing temperatures. room key stopped working, again the above walk
