By far the best staff! This means everyone there. Do yourself a favor and just be there. Never have I had a poor experience, this includes the restaurant. Feel like your leaving friends when checking out.
Had to go home. But I did book another block of days. So now I get to see everyone again soon here.

L’albergo è semplice ma funzionale per chi è di passaggio dalla Route 66.
Parcheggio gratuito, camera ampia con piccolo balconcino (seppur vista autostrada). Ottima aria fresca fuori!
All’interno della camera vi sono a disposizione frigo, microonde e macchinetta del caffè.
Le aree comuni sono graziose nell’arredo in stile montagna con camino e renne.
Piscina e area fitness pulita e moderna, molto apprezzata.
Lo staff molto accogliente si è premurato di chiamarci in camera dopo il check-in per accertassi che andasse tutto bene.
Abbiamo utilizzato la laundry room comprando per due dollari il detersivo alla reception e per sei dollari lavatrice e asciugatrice.
Una struttura per chi vuole riposare una o due notti senza grosse pretese.
Unica pecca la moquette / carpet molto vecchia, macchiata e poco pulita, soprattutto nelle aree comuni. Basterebbe rimuoverla per migliorare molto l'albergo!

The location was great. The outside of the property looked old and it sure could use a lick of paint and a fresh sign.
Inside it looked better.
The rooms were nice, roomy and clean.
The people working at the reception are very friendly.
Fresh coffee in the lobby, no breakfast.
Beds were comfortable.
Would stay there again..
There is a little coffee maker in the room but you have to get necessities at the reception after one day.

The location is perfect, the center of Flagstaff and convenient to get around. Next to the highway. I'm always staying at this hotel when in Flagstaff for a good price with a clean hotel. Staff is professional and friendly.

Check in staff very courteous. Room was nice, clean, spacious. Beds were comfy. Restaurant on site was great.
Indoor pool and spa. Very cloudy water, extremely strong chlorine smell. Hall areas very musty and warm.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the room was clean and inviting. The onsite restaurant was convenient and delicious. We loved the indoor heated pool and spa.
I added an extra night on our stay through booking.com. I verified this with the front desk and was told everything was set. The next day we were out sledding with bad phone reception when I get a voicemail from the hotel saying we didn't check out and they were asking what to do with our stuff. With no reception I couldn't call them back, so in a panic I drove back to the hotel to make sure they didn't throw our stuff out. It disrupted our plans for the day and it was ultimately an issue with booking.com's website not updating properly but I already talked to the hotel front desk about this so it shouldn't have been an issue. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Staff was amazing. Helped us with accommodation due to road closure. They are amazing. Rooms are very clean and have everything you need. I highly recommend it.
The pool area has poor ventilation for chlorine smell.. Yet everything was really clean and had lots of towels.
