high smell of chlorine and gas in the pool rude staff every customer deserve only one towel in the pool per day and cannot replace it as they claim the shower in the room have old faucets the staff in the hotel let you feel insecure and they are very rude. the staff use the guests elevator even that they have elevator for staff and even if they don’t have available space in the elevator they get in. the food is taste bad in it cost a-lot it is honestly the worst hotel i ever stayed I don’t think it deserves to called hotel . its a nightmare

Rooms were very poorly renovated. Paintwork, bath rooms dink not working correctly. Given wrong room on arrival. Overall decor of the room tacky .. This hotel requires either a huge price drop ... Or a major renovation to the rooms.

location, the beach, pools, loved the service especially at the restaurant, my teenagers loved it

the rooms are aging a bit but the hotel is still nice and the atmosphere is great

The beds are very uncomfortable. Most days the cleaning was very poor. The air conditioning is set too cold.

Amazing location with a spectacular view of the ocean. The room was large and generous with ample facilities.

There was sand on the floor in the room - I appreciate that this is often the case in a beach hotel. The room needed some repairs, for example there was a big crack in one of the sinks and the skirting board in the shower room was rotten.

This hotel is overpriced for what you really get Booking was supposed to match the price from their website and never did. Spoke with front desk and they didn’t want to help us at all. Not very friendly staff at the front desk. Only some employees here and there but not what I was expecting. Room was not clean Didn’t get towels had to call for them Didn’t get additional blankets and pillows had to call and request them People were having a party next door until 5am and didn’t let us sleep. Not a quiet place to go if you’re planning to relax Not a place to go with family If you’re young and want to party perhaps this hotel will be a good option but the pool closes at 6pm Had breakfast at the restaurant and it was horrible

paid for an upgrade on arrival (as room we’d booked wasn’t ready). shower was broken, despite reporting it, not resolved. on packing up to leave discovered a mouldy disgusting coffee cup in a drawer - clearly room had not been cleaned. raised concern at check out to be told “nothing could be done” when challenged manager raised her voice offered a $136 discount as “my final offer”. I found this insulting and refused. dirty hotel, not well maintained and staff who just don’t care. a disgrace . how do I get a refund?

Lovely pool, next to the sea, pretty room, comfy bed.

Bathroom is ANCIENT! The bathtub was so old the paint inside it was flacking.. Balcony of the suite was super unkempt, the floor paint was flaking too. Staff was rude, slow and unfriendly. Everything was a cash grab for them.

the staff including the concierge was very rude. the cleanliness was appalling, I had to take pictures to show them the floors has not been sweeper, they forgot to give towels, housekeeping staff, pool staff very rude. some of the valet staff were very nice though.

we liked the beach view.

pool was dirty, too many people in the pool, some couples making out in front of kids in the pool that made it very uncomfortable. some parents wouldn’t keep an eye on their children while in the pool. definitely the worst $618 we payed for 1 night. definitely not worth it unless that’s your vibe. staff asked us for tips when we where told no tips where needed to be given when we arrived.
