The function halls looked nice.

There is a lot to mention. The staff were a little unprofessional during check-in, stating they were not ready for anyone. Once we checked in, we noticed the bathroom was dirty, with the toilet and sink especially dirty as well as part of the wall and mirror. The pool area looked like it had stagnant water and was either not well taken care of, or not cleaned for a while. The table in the pool area looked like it was just purchased at a yard sale. The breakfast offered was very low quality and the restaurant area Antonio’s was not very clean.

The pool was not swimmable. The water was so dirty. The housekeeping staff stayed in the hallways until all hours of the night. The smell of fabuloso was unbearable. The side door doesn’t lock. Employees outside smoking constantly.

The property was old with bird poop at every single entrance. The pictures compared to what the rooms are actually like is completely opposite of one another. The room I received was dirty, the bathroom was dirty with food stains on the wall, the floor was sticky and smelled. The second room I was moved to was a bit cleaner but in general this was not worth the money I paid. The ice machine did not work, the pool looked like there was something festering inside. The furniture is sticky, old, damaged and just in general gross. Again, the pictures online are absolutely deceiving.

The parking lot was littered with garbage that people dumped from their vehicles. Hotel was not quick at picking up trash
