Manager was very friendly and went around to every table at breakfast and offered suggestions on travel etc. Breakfast spread was also very nice - much better than similar offerings from other hotels

Hotel is being renovated so there was a lot of mess lying around and hard to get parking due to construction material lying around

personnel attitude and TV problem. no TV guide. you have all the channels but can only watch a few. takes forever to find a channel available. if you’d provide a guide would help. better yet, actually have some more channels. when I asked about it to 3 of your receptionists, they were so rude and totally ignored the issue. absolutely no customer service skills.

The front counter clerk, a lovely lady with a bun in her hair, was incredibly helpful.

The cost was high but I realize profits must be made during times like NAU's Family weekend.

I didn’t actually have the breakfast like we normally do when we stay at a Holiday Inn.

When I open the covers there was two small pieces of hair dark black hair. Not happy with that.
