I can’t say enough about how pleasant and customer-centric the staff was while we were there, and the restaurant on property had wonderful service and food as well.

1、提前预订好的可以一家三口入住的两张大床套房，check in的时候前台也和我们确认并给了房卡，但进房间一看只是一间大床房！到前台反应，说是整个酒店就只剩这一间房了，没办法只好让孩子到朋友家去住一晚，影响了一家三口的出游体验。
2、房间的wifi提示如果申请会员可以免费，我申请了会员（Menber Number：194790679），但第二天结账的时候依然收了我9.95美金。

The location was hard to get to. Breakfast was very expensive so we are at IHOP. And no WiFi unless you're a member? Really? And barn door in bedroom was hard to open and close.

The staff was amazing on accommodating our group especially Alan! We loved the indoor pool and breakfast.

Nice staff at front desk, breakfast staff was nice room was nice.
We booked a double bed room when we got there they had none they gave them all away because of there power outage so we ended up paying $100 more for a corner room that we didn't even realize until we checked out bank statements. No microwave in room not enough towels for 4 people. Pool area was smelly and hot

Attitudes! The first day I arrived the service for breakfast was not typical of Marriott service. I arrived to the area, and was rudely greeted, first I had to ask the young lady if we needed to sit anywhere or would she seat us, next think I heard was "sit anywhere we'll get to you" from a older gentlemen. After sitting the young lady was rude in her approach and very unprofessional. She needs some training. However the next morning was a lot better but an older lady with glasses served us. She was very professional and service oriented. Compliments to her. She met Marriott service standards.

Staff was great- got the things that needed to be fixed taken care of quickly- were helpful when asking about directions about anything. The beds were excellent- they helped to make up for the upgrades needed in the rest of the room.
Rooms need upgrading (Most important the beds are excellent)- bathrooms terrible- low stools- drain stopper would not pull up- doors open to where they drip all over the floor- had to ask for floor mat because we used all the towels to clean the floor. Staff was incredible- did get the stopper fixed- gave us more towels and a mat. Tv service is ok; but not great- needs communication upgrades- uses old technology. For the price- at least breakfast should be included- $200 a night is excessive for the amenities.
