They let me check out early with a refund
My room was dirty, tub and toilet not cleaned, bathroom door was off the hinges , heater cover fell on my toddler. Pool was dirty and green. Didn’t even want to shower.

Location from college, decor
-No hot water AT ALL for showers we was there for 5 days
-Elevator quit working ( our room was on 9th floor)
-couldn’t swim in pool the water was greenish in color & never got an explanation

Someone got access to our room with a key at 4:30 in the morning, when i went to the front desk the ladies at the front just simply said "it may of been security" and left it at that. No "I'm sorry". I am not the type of person to complain but this experience made me never want to go back again

They gave me a key to the wrong room twice. My room was dirty.

The staff seemed nice. And I was comped the parking.
I have been charged 219.32 for a room that the hotel cancelled in order to book me the correct room. I was charged 264.10 for that room. I have also been charged for 164.10. So nearly 600 for one room, one night - so BEWARE. Initially staff said the 219.32 and 164.10 would be reversed, but now saying I was only charged 164.10!! Disputing with my bank who will reimburse me and recover the extra unauthorized charges. Have been told I would get calls back - have not.
No sheets for sofa bed and extra bedspreads were damp. Luckily I brought a blanket. Sofa bed was a super thin mattress so felt all the coils.
Bathtub not clean.
Toilet paper holders close to the shower NOT the toilet. Most would have to get up from toilet seat to get toilet paper.

Staff! Patron requested to see a manager and the manager never showed!

Everything was wonderful! We were there on an exceptionally busy weekend! Lots of great families for local college graduations! The bar was slammed with big tables of big and happy families!
All the hotel personnel pitched in! When the GM was helping in the bar! The bartender, Amber remembered us from our previous stays! Everything was lovely! We got drinks and a great dinner! So friendly and fun! And our little dog loves it too!
Comfy beds! Fridge in the room and coffee pods!
We liked everything and have booked two more stays! Easy access to Town Point Park! Love the festivals!

It was close to where I needed to be but overall it’s inconvenient.
The parking is unacceptable. The ramp is always flooded with cars I had to back down the ramp because someone was blocking the ramp. That is ridiculous on top of the fact the stairs to come up to the lobby are slippery

This location is horrible
The room was dirty, the comforter was nasty. It’s not welcoming, so many steps just to get inside. They charge for parking. Someone almost was stuck on the elevator. Never Again

Location to the event I was attending. Breakfast was included.
It didn't have enough handicap accessible doorways. It smelled like smoke as they let the guess smoke right outside the front door. The room walls were paper thin. I could hear through the wall and unable to sleep as the guest next door talked all night. The cleaning staff didn't come to change out dirty towels.

I stayed there almost ah month ago and still haven't got my deposit back which is unexcusable I'm still waiting on it.

The lobby and public areas were very clean and in forms flashy
Minor things like doors not being properly fitted for doorways where they don't close properly without some additional force

Comfortable bed, nice being able to walk to the Scope arena.
Cold laminate floor. In the room and in the hallway. No sound absorption, so you could hear everything all around you.
Didn’t know there was a $15 parking fee.

The experience was nice but still awaiting a reciept for my stay that they said would be sent to my email address in which i provided but still nothing.
The MSC Representatives, they did not do the job that they are paid to do. Too many excuses and no productivity.

The fact that it’s a college dorm and the inconvenience when you check in the fact there was no manager or supervisor on duty entire weekend 1 working elevator roaches in room after being transferred from flooded room drawer not staying closed no working ice machine no breakfast false advertisement on website

Roaches in my room and holes in the carpet. Bad smell in the room. And no manager to talk to for complaints or partial refunds. I’m disappointed and angry

I didn’t like much.
Towels had hair coiled in them.
Tub floor was gross.
Things were just not real clean.

Room area was large.
Light fixtures, towel racks, wall rails, and toilet paper holder were all hanging off the walls. Beds were not stable, they rolled across the floor easily. Area not good and parking not secure. Felt like a motel stay. Price was extremely too high for the rooms at this hotel.

Restraunt was good, server was very nice, check in was easy,
Only one of 4 elevators was working and it dident sound good. People from pool dripping water all over and I walk with a cane. Dirt on the floor in room and we found popcorn on the floor by the bed.

First night couldn’t change tv it stayed to weather channel. Didn’t get it fixed until next night.
