The staff was very friendly and helpful.

They did not have breakfast included with the package. The restaurant in the hotel was to expensive.

The parking , though not enclosed, was very nice. Security staff were very nice, and the parking spaces up front were a welcome surprise. The fire in the foyer was pretty.

Cleanliness issues in the room, hair in the bathtub, cob web on the wall, electrical outlet box separating from the wall, TERRIBLE smell on one spot in our bed that caused us to sleep on the other side of the bed to avoid it. Some workout machines needed attention in the gym. No host or waiter visible anywhere at restaurant though it was open.

I thought the waiter wasn’t attentive- I still gave him 20 percent tip - but please advise your waiters or waitress to really serve patrons well-

Everything. From the unclean room to the fan that was so loud you couldn’t sleep. No ac and the showers had mold. Also you can hear your neighbors talking and I heard some very inappropriate things.

The size of the room was great. The bar was ok, and breakfast was convenient. The bed was comfy. The hotel was in close proximity to family, which was nice. Free parking was a great PLUS as most hotels of this size charge ridiculous fees.

The bathroom was tiny. The hot water in the sink stopped working. The bar was fairly adequate. We tried to order 3 different cocktails, but the bartender did not have everything needed to accommodate our requests. Breakfast was a bit pricey, but the taste was decent, and portion sizes were good.

The bed was comfortable and eveything was easy to find.

There was no microwave. The first person I had when checking in, was extreme rude. I didn't know that I needed to have a $50 deposit for "incidentals". So I had to leave and find a place to put more money on my debit card. When I did return to check, The second person who helped me check in was wonderful. I stated to her that "I hope that this works now, because if it doesn't, I'd have to sleep in my car". she told me that "well we wouldn't let that happen". Well all in all, everything did work out. But I am grateful for the lady that checked me in. I was hoping to use the hot tub but it was green. Decided against it.

The beds were super comfortable and I slept like a baby. The staff was super nice and professional.I like the bath shampoo, body wash and conditioner. I liked that in addition to the glasses there were plastic water cups. I loved that an indoor pool and very well equipped workout room was available as well as a business center with good wi-fi I really appreciated the apps on the remote because I use YouTube a lot to study my school topics. The property was beautiful and tranquil. I enjoyed the infused water in the front lobby The breakfast selections were great I like the fact that I had the option to order

I purchased a meal plan and was told it didn’t show. But on checkout it was on my receipt.The front dest person said he refunded the charge The toilet made noise throughout the night and woke me up a few times. There were no cups for the coffee that was in my room. Some of the outlets kept going out. My only view from my room was of the workout room.

Mattress were horrible. Winkles. The site said free breakfast but on booking they xharges me $40

Uhmm nothing

Had a stale smell throughout the facility. The water in the pool and hot tub looked very dirty. Our room was in a corner and the corner of the building blocked our view onto the courtyard. The air conditioning unit was not cold and did not function properly

Jeff B was awesome! When the night staff wasn't trained how to make decaf coffee, Jeff took it upon himself to go in the back to brew some

The eggs at breakfast were the worst I've ever had anywhere in my life. And I'm in my sixties. Paying cash for any little thing was near impossible. And one front desk person told me he couldn't help find my rewards number. Next day another lovely woman found it in 30 seconds.
