comfortable bedding. clean room
air conditioner was very noisy. woke me up every time it turned on during the night. soap holder in bathroom was cracked. basically, room needs maintenance.

the bathroom shampoo bottles are hrd to tread.

Breakfast was fine.
The guests in the room next to us were super loud. When I reported it to the front desk they barely did anything. Police were eventually called. Front desk finally moved us for the last night.

Issues with the tv though out the stay. I had to keep moving the wires anytime I’d turn it off

The general manager is on it his name is Gilbert. He sired my family was replaced in my new room and came to see me personally.
The rooms. My first room smelt like pet urine the mattress was filthy. The general manager reached out to me and ensured I was moved as soon as possible. He also came to see me personally. The new room was much better. Still not at Marriott’s expectations I had a short stay. It is doable i uploaded photo of my first room. Please please check mattress prior to laying down. The first photo is the mattress in the first room and the second photo is the couch in the second room

Location was great for us. It is also near a Food Lion, gas stations, drug store & several fast food establishments. We felt safe there during our stay.
We had some issues with (double) billing that took a few days to resolve. Secondly, during our 5 day Holiday stay we requested a refresh of the room during the 3rd day. The front desk staff agreed but we didn't receive this service. We requested a refresh for the following day. Which also didn't happen. We called the front desk and they offered fresh towels if we picked them up.

non of the ESPN channels were working the entire week. This was the only downside of the stay.

Staff was awesome, breakfast was great, the chill, grill area was a nice surprise, plenty of parking by most rooms. Although we didn't get to use them, the pool and hot tub looked very inviting and the pool was warm. Also had a laundry room which was handy. Our room had a kitchen that was sufficiently stocked however there was no stove - didn't realize that when we bought dinner.
The room we had was a little worn, Towel bar broken, wallpaper in bath peeling, shelf by sinks broken and repaired poorly.
