Wifi wasn't free, room smelled like mold, breakfast was mediocre.

Most of the staff were very helpful. We had a bad storm hit about an hour after we checked in so there was no power to the rooms for about the first 24 hours we were there. The maintenance man and the manager stayed almost around the clock to make the guests feel safe (holding flashlights on the stairs) and trying to make us as comfortable as possible. The lobby did have power so the staff did encourage guests to congregate and charge phones, etc. in the lobby. The manager even baked cookies.

While the rooms were very clean, housekeeping during a stay is practically non-existent. We had guests coming to visit on the third day of our stay. The housekeeper asked "you didn't want housekeeping today, did you?" and I explained to her that we did have people coming and I could use help making the bed and getting rid of trash. I thought she was coming back but she never did. I asked for housekeeping the following morning and was told they only offered that on Fridays (the day we got there) and Sundays.

The location was decent.
