WERE RUDE AND ASKED FOR A $250.00 DEPOSIT. THAT HAS NEVER HAPPEDND TO ME. I PAID UP FRONT AND THEY WASNTED ME TO LEAVE WORK TO COME DOWN TO SWIPE MY C.CARD. I TOLD HIM I WORK FOR A COMPKANY AND WE ALWAYS TAKE C.CARD PAYMENTS OVER THE PHONE. ALSO REQUESTED A ROLL AWAY BED AND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR THAT. I GOT MAD DUE TO THE EMERGENCY SIUTATION WE WERE IN WITH THE ATMOSPHERIC RIVERS WE HAD AND HAD TO EVACUATE. I BELIEVE THEY WERE TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION. WE ALSO LEFT A BRAND NEW PAIR OF MENS SLIPPERS FROM MACY'S AND WE CAME BACK AND THEY SURE TOOK A LONG TIME TO RETRIEVE TEHM. THEY WERE BRAND NEW AND I ALSO BELIEVE THEY WERE TRYING TO KEEP THEM. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AND WILL LET THE PEOPLE HAD BAD IT WAS. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!!

More blankets on the bed. Couldn’t use the heating unit in the night because it was too loud. Room coffee was horrible.

Close to boardwalk as it’s only a 5 minutes walk. Great for exploring the area

The walk to the boardwalk is ideal. There's a shop to get snacks right down the street.

Customer service is terrible. No one at 2:00 check in. Rarely anyone at the front desk. Had to wait over 3 hours before I was able to check in. When I called to modify my order it was never changed. When I entered the room I needed to go ask for towels. Terrible place

Convenient location for a short stay in SC

breakfast didn’t start until 8! clearly a ploy to save money in the hope guests have to leave early.

The beds are the most important thing to me and the beds were very comfortable!

You know for one of the cheapest hotels near the boardwalk I’d say you get what you pay for! :)

Nothing flash from the outside but our room was huge, clean and really nice decor

toilet didn’t work, wasn’t offered a different but offered a damn plunger and a key to another room right next door to use the restroom the very next day and not to mention the old non matching 1980’s office desk chairs. Almost $200 for one night was a JOKE!

The location was good. The pool was clean.

The air conditioner wasn't working. The breakfast was not great as far as selection. The shower pressure was horrible and the shower didn't drain.

The mirror in the room had fallen off and it was just behind the chair. There were two mini fridges in our room, the coffee tray had water all over it. And the internet went out on Saturday night.

Tired and run down decoration, furniture and walls scuffed, dangerous step at top of stairs ( broken) Staff didn’t seem very competent! everything was cheaply done and when paying $300 a night REALLY overpriced for a basic tired motel!
