Location was good staff was friendly
Had to switch rooms because as soon as I sat down in the couch I started my back started itching. That bathroom was tiny it was difficult just to close the door. The shower was awful it only got sufficient pressure when on the hottest setting, so burn to death or trickle shower. The iron barely held water because it leaked so much no curtain on the window so it was one extreme to the next.

The entire staff was exceptional!! Cleanliness location, and interaction with all employees from maintenance offering to help with a simple question regarding property, restaurant, front desk, and cleaning, made you feel so comfortable, were so eager to make sure you did not need anything

Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Das Hotel liegt nah am Flughafen und zu einem großen Outlet. Innerhalb von 10-15 Min erreicht man Downtown und Mt Plesant. 5 Fahrminuten entfernt, liegt ein riesiger neuer Spielplatz.

I was attending an event at the convention center. This hotel was an easy walk to the convention center, restaraunts and shopping.
I booked this hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool that I wanted to enjoy. It was closed when I arrived and I couldn't use it.

The lobby was great very clean and modern, the fitness center was great nice and clean
The water pressure in the room was not great at all the shower ran very slow, the faucet on the face bowl did not get hot water at all. There was hair in the bun from probably previous guests

Clean, friendly staff and everything with the reservation was great. The location makes it easy to get around to any place in Charleston quickly. Will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at other Hyatt hotels, and this did not come up to the standard of other Hyatt. The rooms were too carmpy where the others were more spacious.

the room is large & comfy with huge digital TV , even furniture seem bit old but all work well,
i enjoyed my walk to the restaurants nearby & tanger outlet as i don't drive
staffs also nice & friendly
it would be better if the fitness room is faced to outside to enjoy the views than a wall.
and only limited snacks available, there is no vending machine.

Construction across the road started at 7 a.m. on Saturday morning. Not good. My rate to stay would have been less thru hotel than with booking. My rate would have been 226 x 2 a lityle over 450 instead of the 600 I paid👎. Overall not alot of rest and over paid for room.

Very comfortable bed; the staff was friendly and always helpful (from check-in, to questions, to checkout); breakfast choices were good, and seemed to be re-stocked well during the times that I was there.
more spaces to hang towels between showers; the closet was very small; i appreciated the attempt to control costs via the heating controls but we had trouble getting the temperature warm enough when we returned

Mattress was not quite high quality. Old bad springs I think. Could have used a little more drawer/closet space.
