We actually didn’t enjoy anything at all, we often come to this location but never again.
They had bed bugs, and didn’t care when adressed

Broken light. No tv remote. Vent was broken. Broken bed. Messed up insecure door.

Check-in took forever
Our key didn't work after our first night and it took forever to find staff to assist

The hot tub has been broken 2 times, but this last time it was the pool too.

Our room was CANCELLED! We went T time of check in and they didn’t have the rooms clean. They told us to sit and wait or go back in 3-4 hours. When we went back they no longer had our room available. Obviously, if we went at check in time didn’t they think we wanted the room!

Staff were friendly, the hotel was clean.
Having a check out of 12 noon but got woken up at 0930 AM by housekeeping for no reason.

This was the best place I stayed in on this journey, Loved the part about being a non smoking facility. Wish more were like this. Everything smelled clean. Nice pool and hot tub.
I would recommend anyone to stay here.

quiet, great parking, good security, clean, indoor pool, great place for pet owners
air/heat did not work properly. wanted the fan to blow for white noise, but would only come on auto. beds could be more comfortable.

the mattress was old and worn, the room had not been swept, and the shower was clogged so all the water was not coming out

I didn't like that there wasn't a coffee pot in the room.

Bed bugs had to check out and not complete the stay, trying to get a refund. No other rooms available
