I liked the location of the property.

The shower didn’t work properly. Something in the shower was broken where we didn’t get the full water pressure.

Breakfast was good. Nae was excellent with her kindness. She also was kind to answer our questions about las cruces nm.

The motel was a little run down, but are in the process of complete remodel. I liked the location.

Location was close to aquatic center and Sky Zone. I like that they use large refillable bottles for shampoo etc in the bathroom.

Rude employee at check in. The computers were down and she acted as if us being there was an inconvenience to her. It was 2:55 and she said checkin isn't until 3 anyway. The pool is cold and there were no towels in the pool area. Our room was dirty, there was long black hairs all around the bottom of the toilet and there was a jar of Vicks on the floor next to our bed. The room had a broken light switch on the lamp and dented in lampshades. You needed two different remotes to operate the TV. The sheets were too small for the bed so the fitted sheet kept slipping off. The coffee in the room and at breakfast was terrible.

Victor, Flow and the night manager who help us through a myriad of problems.

To begin with, booked a King suite for 2 nights and was put in an HA for the first night, after a 12hr drive, not appreciated. After changing rooms the next day, TV and internet issues.

Facility is very nice and clean. Only downside is it’s located right next to the highway but other then that it’s a very nice facility with everything you need, including a small shoppette.

No complaints.
