Neither outlets in the bathroom worked, the bathtub did not hold water even with the plug in, the duvet cover had a large tear, and one of our bath towels had what looked like makeup on it. Also a staff member was throwing a birthday party for their child at the pool. they had between 20-30 guests complete with crockpots. they had used all of the pool towels and took up all of the shaded seating. They also used the gym as their changing area and kids were running and jumping on the equipment. We have stayed at the this location multiple times as we enjoy the amenities. I felt that staff using this as their own personal party venue really detracted from the amenities being used by those who payed good money. I hope this was a fluke or we will be looking for new accommodations.

For the price you pay there is no complementary breakfast. There is an outside pool. Staff was not welcoming. When I was calling front desk no answer and the pool area had lots of bird poop

Loud. We had trouble sleeping because there was a loud pump or motor that would start up and vibrate the walls. it did this throughout the night. The carpets were stained and the room smelled bad. We had a $50/night type of hotel experience, but paid over $140/night. They comped us for $100 in Hilton points… couldn’t refund cash because we booked through this app.

Very clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, good quality TV in room, coffee maker in room, shower had great temperature and water pressure.

System to control the room air didn't work and seemed to be on a universal setting, parking lot could have better lighting at night.

Overall good, friendly staff

Loved the fresh breakfast (at a cost), the outdoor pool and hot tub (loved watching the stars while swimming in the heated pool), the bed was super comfortable, the property smelled really clean and pleasant, and the location was convenient for the errands I had to run.

Easy access off the freeway

The restaurant and staff, it took 2 hrs from our arrival to the restaurant to get a hamburger and a bowl of soup. We were asked if we wanted a beverage and we tried to order a gin and tonic and were told that you don’t carry gin in your bar so had vodka instead, I ordered a rum and Coke after 15 minutes the waitress came back with my husband’s gin drink and the menu only to tell me that they didn’t have any coke so i asked for a water. We then waited again for 10 minutes only to watch her talk to guests at the bar and she washed dishes never bringing me my water, finally I had to go to the bar to order our food which took 45 minutes to get with only 6 other guest in the restaurant and they all had their orders.
