Everything was simply lovely from the Staff to the Accommodations. The only issue experienced the pool was extremely cold.

Breakfast selections very good-especially enjoyed the mini spinach quiche. Atmosphere is quiet. Room was clean and well appointed. Jackie at the front desk is pleasant, helpful and welcoming.
Bed was a little soft.

Did not offer roll away cot for child. No housekeeping during stay, must obtain your own clean towels. Rooms seem dusty.

The staff was so friendly & wonderful. The room was clean to my expectation, and had everything I needed. I will recommend others to stay there.
The breakfast, the oatmeal tasted like it was rushed. It could had been cooked a little longer. I didn't care for the organic sugar. Other than that it was pretty good.

All areas were clean.
John at check in ( hope I got that right) and Jackie at check out were great.

There was a group of Band students that woke up the hallway with drumming, slamming doors , talking loudly at 5:00Am! They were preparing to leave! No answer immediately at the front desk
Better mattress on sleeper sofa; leader of group should have been told to tell students how to conduct themselves inside of a hotel hallway especially at 5:00AM

Rooms had bugs in them. I spent the night curled up on the couch. Luckily my wife brings her own linen. I travel a lot and I will never stay at a Fairfield Inn again
