I was right by the hospital where my aunt was.
They charged me a 200 deposit fee and never did return it. We didn't do anything but sleep in the hotel we sent most of our time at the hospital. I won't stay again.

It was run down, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, it was too cramped, the bedding was soiled, the pool was much smaller than advertised, the pictures online were nothing like the actually property. I tried to check out 15 minutes after I got there and they refused to give me my money back! It was a total ripoff.

We didn’t eat breakfast. When we tried to check in they had no record of our reservation, even when we showed them our confirmation number. The only room they could offer us was one they use for their workmen. They said take it or leave it. There was another person tryin to check in dealing with the same issue. We demanded a refund. Quality Inn is off my list of hotels in the future.

I ended up not even staying at this location after checking in. Felt very uncomfortable after I parked my car outside of where my room was located. A group of people were working on their car and spray painting it in the parking. Area felt sketchy, but after they left I headed up to my room. Initially the room looked and smelled clean, but after being there approximately 10 minutes, I started to get a headache from the "clean" smell. Whatever cleaner they used became very overwhelming. Also, the space between the mattress and the wall under the headboard was covered in "debris" - that looked like dirt, sand, hair, etc. I did break out my flashlight and nothing "appeared" to be moving, but after that there was no way I was going to be comfortable. Between all of these reasons mentioned above, I ended up taking all my stuff back to the car and ended up at the Hawthorne Conference Center to stay for the night; which was a much better option. I mentioned my experience to the desk staff at the place I ended up staying and was told I was right to trust my gut instinct because the area the Quality Inn is located at is also known for drug activity. Do not stay here. Keep looking.

I suggest nobody to go here in a charge $100 deposit and they have big bedbugs everywhere

Everything but parking my husband is a trucker and it was almost impossible to get the truck and trailer in the lot and out. Over all stay was awesome thank quality for your quality customer service.

Great Value, quiet and convenient location. Front desk staff is always a pleasure to see. Always professional and efficient and super friendly and helpful. Always am greeted with a smile.

Did not eat after finding black mold is bathroom we made an exit as quick as we could. Room was not cleaned. First room the door scan did not work so they moved us to a different room. Charged an extra charge of 10.00 for nonsmoking room. Reviews and pictures did not match the actual place. Would never stay here again. Would expect a partial refund since the room smelled of smoke and mildew

When reserving room online, check in time was chosen to be 2-3 pm, on arrival, staff said "cannot check in until 4pm" .
Was charged $100 deposit, only to be told 2-5 days to receive back to my account, ( my bank's fault). Was told originally money would not be deducted. Never had that happen before. Didn't like waiting for 2 hours to check in. Called motel about deposit, had rude desk person. Breakfast was a joke. Would not stay here again.

The Bed was comfortable.
I was given a room that wasn’t cleaned at first and had to request a new one. I was given a clean room but it was missing things such as a fridge. Room was in a sort of disarray, things where broken and in poor condition.

The breakfast was awesome. My problem is that the person who worked in the breakfast area would not turn the lights on so it was pretty dark. When you're not familiar with things are it's kind of hard to find where things are. My opinion is the person working there should always have the lights on and people shouldn't have to ask him. The guy at the front desk on one day lectured me about how he (or the hotel) would prefer that I go to booking.com so that he could do other things for which he gets paid for. The next day he was extremely polite.
Need lights put on in the breakfast area.

It was nice for the price.
The front desk staff during my stay were absolutely lovely and I had zero complaints they helped me with all of my concerns with a smile on her face. However, and I will admit first this is entirely my fault for leaving behind my property and no one else’s, I called the day after I left because I realized I left one of my devices and a game cartage behind in one of the drawers by the bed and was told since someone else already booked the room and they apparently don’t clean the drawers it was never discovered and the people staying in the room got a free Nintendo switch and almost completed Breath of the Wild game.

The lights were not on in the breakfast area. And I do not understand why they think people are supposed to walk around in the dark and find their food.
