Spacious rooms, clean lobby with refreshing water.
Hairs found on bed prior to sleeping in them so we had to change the sheets.

The outside of the motel for sure needs to be fixed up some pressure washing or paint something.

The room was comfortable and clean. Very nice and spacious room.
The breakfast choices were terrible. What was available did not Taste like it was freshly made. This needs to be addressed.
I had a problem with ants and the problem was rectified after some time had passed.

Should be no smoking at the pool, there are children and babies playing and shouldn’t have to smell cigarettes or cigars.

Staff was professional and responsive. Breakfast was a great start for each day.
The elevator was very slow. The rooms are being renovated but still in transition. Looks like new furniture, but the details are lacking. Tub was very slippery.

The staff was rude and terrible was not helpful at all. The room had bugs in it, when I made a complaint to the management he acted as if he didn’t care at all. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone at all.

breakfast can use some help. our room smelt like urine. once we got past that it was a very nice stay.

It’s in a very nice location close to the mall and many restaurants which made it very convenient. the beds were very comfortable and the rooms clean, staff very friendly. The complementary breakfast was nice, they had a very different selections to choose from, waffle maker, eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, cereal and a few others.
besides the half used toilet paper roll in the bathroom I guess they forgot to change out my main issue with this hotel was the walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. There was maybe a good quiet time for about two hours at night but throughout the rest of the night, doors slamming people just normally talking came right through my door as if they were in there with me.

I like how the room was physically laid out & how friendly the front desk agent was .
I did not like how the curtains were thin and how the room window was placed right where an outside high beam light reflected inside therefore I didn’t get much sleep at all.
