The front desk staff were nice.
The first room we entered there was a roach on the wall. The lady at the front very kindly gave us a new room and apologized. The hotel itself did not seem as impressive as the pictures. The bistro staff weren't very friendly.

The overall property was good, very clean.
I didn’t like the staff, when I checked in the lady was very rude & had a nasty attitude. She kept trying to convince me that I had no reservations, I tried to give her my phone, so she could see that I did in fact have reservations. (but she refused) After going back & fort with her I walked out came back in and informed her that I wanted her to look again. She then looked again (with a nasty attitude) and said oh here it is. No apology or anything… she said that my name was spelled wrong, which is a lie because I done my own booking & spelled my name very much correctly!!!! eventually Paid for the room & went to third floor to open the door & the KEYS DID NOT WORK. I then went back to her and informed her that the keys did NOT WORK, she said well that’s unusual and started asking me questions as if I had a cognitive impairment. I informed the lady that I was fully equipped to open a hotel door & if either of the keys were properly working I would be in the room by now & not down here requesting another key. After that encounter she created another set of keys. The overall hotel was nice and clean. However the staff was unfriendly I’ve gotten better customer service at the RED ROOF!!!!!!!!!!
when I say staff was unfriendly this started with the check-in clerk to the housekeeping staff: typically when you walk by someone you say good morning… yeah they won’t speak back! definitely NOT A PLACE I WILL TAKE MY SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY BACK TO!

The staff was friendly
My phone didn't work the whole stay, sign for do not hang anything on display head fell and hit me in the head, pool unusable, only one elevator was working at first then there were problems with the other. I had you walk to the 4th floor and I have breathing issues. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Very glad I got
reasonable rates.
