The apartment was a great size but cleanliness could have been better, soy or oyster sauce was spilled up the kitchen wall and looked like coke stains on the lamp shades and one of kitchen seats, the main reason we booked this property was for the evening kickback with snacks and drinks from Monday to Thursday after a long drive only to be advised they are only on a Wednesday now due to Covid - so I guess on Wednesday and At breakfasts Covid is not a risk but on the other nights it’s too risky to serve drinks and snacks as advertised

Cleanliness and breakfast items ran out an hour before it was finished.

Great location, room very comfortable and the size was great.

Breakfast options we really good but the staff failed to keep it stocked and hot.

location was nice, and the outside looked like a hotel in Hilton head, Sc so it was very appealing. And all rooms were inside

The rooms were not clean. dirt was in all crack and behind every bed and dresser and appliances weren’t cleaned. the front desk didn’t have a key to get a plunger, and we were told the front entrance was the only way in—- there were 2-3 doors around the building which would have made it easier to park and get to room. and the staff were not friendly at all.

There was a burning smell in our hallway and a smoke detector on floor in hallway. I called front desk to check this out, but the smell was still there in the morning.

room was basic at best. bugs - there were bugs in room! four bugs, it’s the South get pest control under control immediately sleeper sofa in room you SHOULD have sheets, pillows & blanket IN room - nope- @ 11 pm had to wander down to ask for all (& only one pillow was available!!!) no ice bucket in freezer - ice would fall into freezer & stick 🙄… this is pretty basic stuff for $200 a night!!!!!

had confirmation for a king room, when I got there they had me in a double handicapped room. wasn’t happy about that

They had a room. That's it.

I've stayed here many times. Every other time was really great. This particular time was the opposite. Front desk person was downright mean. She was incredibly rude and unwelcoming to me and my family. It was baffling. The room was gross. It smelled very very bad. The kitchen was dirty. There was no coffee pot and we had to ask for one. The hotel has never been such a disappointment in the past. Something or someone has made this property really decline

Our room that we originally booked had issues and we were placed in separate rooms. although the rooms were nice, I’m a bit disappointed that we were inconvenienced that way.

The place smelled really bad.

I didn’t like walking in to a dirty room and between the kitchen and living room the floor was rising up and cut my baby foot underneath. I called serval times to speak to a manager. left messages and nobody had responded back yet.
