Convenient to the Airport only

You needed to travel to the beach 9.6 kilo and to the main centre you need to travel . A unExplained charge was made to my Credit card which i had to recover .

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very large and modern.

We arrived tired having left Cayman to escape a major hurricane. My partner is heavily pregnant and was exhausted after a 5am start. Check in was very efficient and friendly, Madilynne on front desk helped us with our bags. I went to get some snacks for us once we had settled into the room, and while I was gone Madilynne had signed a lovely "Congratulations on your baby" card with all the staff on the front desk and had it delivered to the room with a complimentary parcel of healthy snacks and extra water. It was a wonderful gesture that really meant the world to us and cheered us both up after a stressful journey. It really was "above and beyond" service considering we were only staying a single night with intention of moving towards Brickell the next morning.

Nothing of any consequence

The hotel shuttle was convenient from the airport. The hotel was clean.

El personal siempre fue muy amable, la ubicacion fue perfecta acorde a lo que necesitabamos, el internet muy bueno y buenas instalaciones en excelente estado.

La cercanía al aeropuerto

La habitación no tiene aislación acústica lo que imposibilita el descanso. Se escuchaba la habitación de al lado como si la compatieramos. Computaron consumo en mi tarjeta que no realicé. En el baño había pelos pegados en la pared. Las sábanas estaban sumamente arrugadas y la cama mal armada. Tenía otra expectativa. No lo volvería a elegir, el valor es demasiado alto por el servicio que dan...

It’s near the airport and in the past we stayed here quite often , and wanted to experience the changes

Actually that the dining room had no windows and, therefore, not very inviting, and the choice at the buffet has been reduced too much, but other hotels have done the same, missed the wonderful selection of fruit.
