Room was massive, clean and comfortable. Check in easy. Loved a little swim in the indoor pool

The property has plenty of space in the room. It was close to the venue I had to be at daily during my stay and close to the airport.

The water was very cold in the shower. Even though it was all the way over on the hot setting. There system for billing was charging my card daily above the amount of my stay. I was not told at check in that was there policy, so it was double being authorized on my card and that caused issues with my trip financially. I’m waiting on my $25 incidental fees to be refunded. When I spoke to manager there is no solution for the customer with their system. Do not have additional funds on the card you use for this hotel, especially if you need them for the trip. That glitch in the system needs to be addressed. I have never stayed at any other hotel with that kind of system.

Bed was comfortable.

The deadbolt was questionable. We couldn't get our luggage and their "STORE" was empty.

Poor management of breakfast. No clean for guests.

I can a flight canceled and the staff checking us was very pleasant.

There was blood on the curtains next to my bed. Dried blood in a few areas. I have some pictures and room number.

Location, friendly front desk person

Very run down-chipped paint and peeling wallpaper, shuttle bus person was 7min late at 5am shuttle, no toothbrushes available either complimentary or for a fee, toilet was shaky and made a terrible noise like it was going to fall over every time you sat on it, had to wait 30min for the shuttle bus to pick us up from airport to bring to hotel, AC was very loud and didn’t work well.
